- Lanai : This beautiful upper level 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium with a den, overlooks the fairways and the waterhole with sweeping ocean views and a huge wrap around lanai. Kumulani Heights is a private gated community and is located and accessed through the Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel entrance.
