- Lanai: This beautiful upper level 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium with a den, overlooks the fairways and the waterhole with sweeping ocean views and a huge wrap around lanai. Kumulani Heights is a private gated community and is located and accessed through the Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel entrance.

- Ocean View: Sweeping views of the Kohala coast with views of 20 miles of the Kohala Coast. Bring your binoculars. During the winter you can watch the whales from Lanai. Sunsets are spectacular form the Lanai as the unit faces west.
