It is perfect for swimming, snorkeling, diving, fishing, boating, kayaking, or simply lounging and taking in the breathtaking scenery.
The unit is designed to embrace traditional Mexico with a lively outside color, beautiful palms and bright tropical flowers. The interior of the condo displays traditional wood dressers and mirrors in each bedroom, and a traditional tiled kitchen. The condo is spacious and quiet, with AC and fans in each bedroom, living room/kitchen and bathroom. There is satelite TV in the living/kitchen area and wireless internet is also available. Daily or weekly maid service is optional and laundry service is available upon request.
The condo is a walk out unit, with a huge private balcony overlooking the beach, pool and ocean. You are literally steps away from lounging poolside or strolling along the beach. Get up early to experience the fresh seafood market on the beach or to enjoy a homemade muffin or fresh fruit on your morning beach stroll. You can hear the soothing sound of the waves each night from the bedrooms and awake to a beautiful sunrise over the mountains while enjoying prime ocean front views from your private walk out patio.

Why the Owner Chose Rincon de Guayabitos
Fantastic views, beautiful sandy beach, easy access to lounge either poolside or beachfront, proximity to shops and restaurants, and a quiet location were some of the deciding factors in choosing this beach condo. The beach is about 1km long, but a short walk up a hill (I've done it in my flip flops!) will take you to "Kissing Beach". Only minutes away by foot, you'll find a virgen beach with more great views.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Also appealing was the size of the property. There are only 16 units, so you don't feel like you are in an over crowded resort that you need a map to get around! The large private terrace that walks out to the rest of the property is great for families with kids.Privacy, peacefulness, and tranquility are important for a true tropical vacation. That's exactly what I found at Villas Marena.

After staying at Villas Marena the first time last October,it didn't take long to decide to purchase my own beachfront condo in this charming Mexican beach town.
A teacher for the last 9 nears, I really appreciate quiet, peaceful places to relax where I can actually hear the sound of the waves going to sleep at night! This is exactly what I found here.
