Enter on the middle level (2nd floor) which includes the living room, kitchen, dining room, a guest bathroom and access to the 2-car private garage and patio, with patio furniture and views. The living room has a very open and spacious floor-plan with a stunning rock fireplace, flat-screen TV, surround sound, vaulted ceilings, recessed lighting, grand windows with amazing views of Mammoth Rock and the surrounding mountain range.
The dining area is beautifully decorated with round table and seating for six. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including oversized and professional “Viking” stainless steel appliances and mahogany cabinetry.
Upstairs (3rd floor) you will find the master bedroom with private master bath, a second bedroom with bathroom and the office nook. The master bedroom is extravagant and has has a king bed, walk-in closet, a second closet, massage chair, mini flat screen TV and fireplace. The private luxurious master bath will provide the opportunity to feel extreme relaxation with its large Jacuzzi tub, beautiful walk-in shower, and double sinks.
