This studio condo at Grand Champions in Wailea is available year round for long or short stays on the island of Maui. It is personally managed by the owner to insure that your stay is truly enjoyable.
The villa is decorated in tropical colors and island style furniture. We added a new air conditioner in June, 2009 and new carpeting in July, 2009. The room has a queen bed, large six drawer dresser, sofa and chair, dining table, and HD-LCD TV, DVD, and wireless internet. The kitchenette is equipped with an under counter refrigerator, convection/microwave oven, blender, coffee and tea pots, coffee grinder. It is not a full kitchen. The owners key will give you access to the two pools each with their own spa and a total of 4 gas BBQ grills. If you wish to prepare an entree it can be enjoyed either pool side or brought back to the private lanai. The unit is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and BBQ tools.
Enjoy coffee and breakfast in the morning on the large shaded lanai that faces the tropical green belt. We have a first morning welcome set up of coffee, tea or juice and a homemade tropical sweet bread. (Bird watching is free!)
The bathroom has a shower/tub, large mirror, and good lighting. There is also a large double mirrored closet. Enjoy our complimentary island-made guest amenities.
Grand Champions Villas are in the center of Wailea surrounded by golf, tennis, five star resorts, casual and gourmet dining, and world class shopping. The unit has all the beach gear: sand chairs, boogie boards, towels, cooler, and a beach bag.

My husband and I stayed for a week at this quiet studio. We loved to be woken each morning by the bird calls in the greenbelt that was just an arm's reach from the lanai. The greenbelt makes this unit very private. There is a shared lanai but the privacy screen virtually excludes your neighbors. The kitchenette was well stocked with plates, etc., and the fridge and microwave suited our needs for quick breakfasts and light dinners. The location a couple of blocks off the beach was a great value and we were still able to walk to the beach. Parking was not an issue and the location is easy to find. The owner was great to work with! Would definitely stay here again and will tell our friends.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, age 55+.

Mahalo, Karen Had a great time relaxing, walking the beach trails, lounging by the pool, hanging in the jacuzzi. Very comfy and cozy condo. So quiet and relaxing. Tried zip lining! :)! Highly recommed. I say relax, enjoy and discover. P.S. Jeff loved your bread. :)
