This studio villa is decorated in tropical colors and island style furniture. We added a new air conditioner in June and new carpeting in July. The room has a queen bed, large six drawer dresser, sofa and chair, dining table, and HD-LCD TV with DVD. The kitchenette is equipped with an under counter refrigerator, convection/microwave oven, blender, coffee and tea pots, coffee grinder. It is not a full kitchen. The owners key will give you access to the two pools each with their own spa and a total of 4 gas BBQ grills if you wish to prepare an entree. The unit is equipped with dishes, silverware, and BBQ tools.
Enjoy coffee and breakfast in the morning on the large shaded lanai that faces the tropical green belt. We have a first morning welcome set up of coffee and tea. (Bird watching is free!)
The bathroom has a shower/tub, large mirror, and good lighting. There is also a double mirrored closet. Enjoy our complimentary island made guest amenities.
Grand Champions Villas are in the center of Wailea surrounded by golf, tennis, five star resorts, casual and gourmet dining, and world class shopping. The unit has all the beach gear: sand chairs, boogie boards, towels, cooler, and a beach bag.
