We had a lovely time in Wailea at your lovely condo. We found everything we needed for day long beach trips and started each day with a lovely cup of coffee and banana bread - definately better than a hotel! Looking forward to returning.

Aloha, What a wonderful location! The ocean walk is probably one of the prettiest we've ever done. You have thought of everything as far as supplying the studio. Your banana bread was superb!

We escaped the Northwest's record snow and ice stroms to spend four lovely days in your studio. Best decision we could've made. We were pleasantly surprised with how well stocked the studio was and throughly enjoyed waking up to the sound of birds chirping every morning. The Hawaiian bread is delicious! We hope to return some day.

My husband and I stayed for a week at this quiet studio. We loved to be woken each morning by the bird calls in the greenbelt that was just an arm's reach from the lanai. The greenbelt makes this unit very private. There is a shared lanai but the privacy screen virtually excludes your neighbors. The kitchenette was well stocked with plates, etc., and the fridge and microwave suited our needs for quick breakfasts and light dinners. The location a couple of blocks off the beach was a great value and we were still able to walk to the beach. Parking was not an issue and the location is easy to find. The owner was great to work with! Would definitely stay here again and will tell our friends.

Mahalo, Karen Had a great time relaxing, walking the beach trails, lounging by the pool, hanging in the jacuzzi. Very comfy and cozy condo. So quiet and relaxing. Tried zip lining! :)! Highly recommed. I say relax, enjoy and discover. P.S. Jeff loved your bread. :)

Oct, 2009 Nice area and location, however you must be aware that the lanai is shared. The 1 bedroom unit next door must be given access. Also there is outside access to the deck from the lower floor as well. We paid for 5 nights and left after 2.

Owner response:The washer/dryer is in a storage room on the studio's portion of the lanai. The only reason guests in the 1 bedroom have to cross the lanai is to use the washer/dryer - not a daily occurence. We have requested that guests in the one bedroom do not cross the lanai between the hours of 8:30 PM and 10:30 AM to allow guests in the studio privacy in the evenings and mornings. We have a screen that is put up between the two units when both sides are occupied and removed when there is a single user - either studio or 1 bedroom. Most guests are courteous and thoughtful of others and we have not found this to be a problem with guests either before or after these guests. There is a common outside staircase that runs from the top floor to ground level. This is for egress in case of fire when the main stairway in the front of the building is not available. We have screened it with plants, but can not modify the structure of the unit/building as it is a common element of the the property and the stairway is there for safety reasons. In the 10 years that I lived at the property I never saw it used. Please feel free to contact me if you have any concerns about this. I will be happy to explain exactly how the unit is configured if you are concerned about it.
