Rene’s Condo is located just 100 yards from Park City Mountain Resort. It is conveniently close enough to walk home for lunch or a hot cup of coco after a morning of skiing. It’s an easy walk to groceries and Main Street; truly a remarkable location. Spacious interior with 800 square feet, this condo was recently remodeled and decorated with slate floor tile, new carpet, electronics & big screen TV. It has a great family game area at the circular table where you eat. Rene’s Park City condo has a full equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, cable TV, free Wi-Fi Internet & private balcony off master bedroom. This unit sleeps 4 and is great for family of 4. Enjoy the King Size bed in master bedroom with sleeper sofa in living room. Linens and towels included. Free underground parking is available.

Welcome to winter at Utah's Park City, 'The Greatest Snow on Earth' with world class skiing at Park City Mountain Resort, The Canyons Resort and Deer Valley. Park City, known for its international renowned Sundance Film Festival, is truly a unique village. One of the few places in the United States where you can walk off an airplane, hop on a shuttle and be to your destination in less than 45 minutes. Once in the village, no need for a car, free transportation is provided by Park City Municipal Transportation. Besides skiing, there is an array of other winter sports from snowmobiling to ice skating. You can visit the Olympic Park built for the 2002 Winter Olympic Games. Dare yourself and fly down the bobsled course at 80 miles an hour. Park City has an array of restaurants from fine dining to a sled ride pulled by horses to take you to dinner in a Yurt.   • My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Rene's condo Feb 21-28, 2009. We just loved the walls of windows, spacious rooms, and well-equipped kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. The linens and bath towels were top notch. We knew from the moment we walked inside (and saw the jar of chocolate kisses on the counter!) that we had found a very special place. We hope to come back next year!

  • My boyfriend and I stayed at Rene's condo from March 2 through March 6, 2009. The condo is truly in a superb location to the ski resort/lifts. Literally, just a few minute walk. It was wonderful. We didn't have a car, but found that the walk to Main Street each night was pretty enjoyable (probably about 10-15 minutes). We usually took a cab home after dinner. Cabs are very easy to find once you are on Main Street in the main district. The condo, itself, was better than we expected. It was a VERY large 1 bedroom, and very clean. Rene's condo overlooks the pool/hot tub of the complex next to hers. So, there is a chance that there could be rowdy people in the hot tub. However, we did not have to deal with any of that. If there was one negative thing about Rene's condo, it would only be that the bathroom was outdated (still clean, but outdated). My understanding is that Rene would like to get that updated. Again, though, the entire place is immaculate, cozy, comfortable, conveniently located, and I would HIGHLY recommend staying here. We had a great time here!!

It has a great location just one hundred yards to the main Park City Mtn resort lift area and my favorite part of town. Your Condo is very nicely decorated and was a great value for such nice accommodations. You made the transaction very smooth and explained everything I needed to know with great detail. I will definitely keep you in mind for future trips and I will recommend you to my friends and family.

  • Love,Love,Love the condo! It was exactly what we neededed and were able to comfortably sleep 3. Everything necessary was provided including towels, blankets/sheets,condiments in the fridge,etc. The location was ideal for walking to Main St. and Park City Mountain Resort. There was bus stops positioned on each corner. We have no complaints and would love the opportunity to stay at Empire House again. Thank you Rene Prina !

  • I loved my stay at Rene's Condo. Not fancy, but a large and spacious unit, adequately stocked, in a charming Victorian style building. The location couldn't have been better, right across the parking lot from PC Mountain Resort and close to downtown and the grocery store. We brought the kids to the condo for lunch and to warm up after a couple of hours on the slopes. The owner, Rene, was helpful, thoughtful and knowledgable. The next time we are in Park City, I know where we will stay.
