"Seawinds" is a like new ocean view home that is only five hundred feet from the beach with convenient access.
The property has three large bedrooms that are configured as three suites, each having a separate bath. The main floor bedroom has a queen sized bed. The two 2nd floor bedrooms each has a large private screened porch. One has a king bed the other two twin beds. A gourmet kitchen comes complete with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, an assortment of new small appliances and dishes.
The living room is furnished with a large flat screen TV, DVD player and gas log fireplace. Wireless high speed internet is provided throughout the house. The tower room is equipped with a wet bar bar table and chairs and large deck offering a great view of the ocean for miles.
There is a two car garage and ample parking for several vehicles.

- Our location is convenient to the restaurants and shopping of Sandestin (3 miles) and to scenic Seaside. Silver Sands, one of the largest premium outlet malls is nearby in Sandestin. The Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club offering beachfront dining is less than a mile away. We are only 500 feet from the beach and over 18 miles of bike paths are steps away. We are only 1/2 mile from Topsail Hill Preserve State Park with over three miles of white sand beaches and massive dunes. For larger groups needing more space a separate house on water may be available.

We had a wonderful stay at Seawinds. The house is very comfortable and very well equipped. The pool is great. We found that we needed to drive or bike to the nearest beach access.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
