Banana Bay is a vibrant Aruban-style community of 56 individual villa townhomes situated on Perdido Key across the street from the entrance to LOST KEY Golf & Beach Resort (a WCI property). Amenities include a private white sand beach on waterway, a large heated hot tub & pool, sauna & steam room, exercise room, outdoor patio & grill, paved walking / biking / jogging trail and 2 car private parking directly in front of the villa—-No Elevators or parking garages to deal with! Guest parking for additional vehicles is based on a first come, first serve basis and is located in designated areas by the pool house.
Our Serene Green Villa features an open floor plan with two private queen-size bedroom suites with private full bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room, dining room and family room on the main level. Additionally, up the wrought iron spiral staircase is the 600 sq ft loft featuring 2 full beds, 2 twin bunk beds and queen sleeper sofa. The loft is versatile and can serve as private sleeping quarters, a cozy entertainment area for lounging adults or a separate bonus play area for energetic kids.
Other villa amenities include high speed wireless internet, 8 person dining table, gourmet kitchen fully outfitted for cooking and dining, granite counters, and maple cabinets. Other appliances include toaster, coffee maker, blender, and full-size in unit laundry room.

Why the Owner Chose Banana Bay:
Perdido Key has the same great beaches and weather as Panama City Beach, Destin, Pensacola Beach and Gulf Shores but not as commercially developed or crowded. The Pensacola area truly has something for everyone and is easily reachable by car for most people in the southeast or midwest states. If driving is not realistic from where you call home, Pensacola Internationl Airport (airport code PNS) has major carriers (ex. Delta, Continental, etc) with affordable and frequent flights.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
More spacious accomdations than a high rise condo or hotel. No elevators!!! Just park in the private 2 car drive in front of the villa and walk in front entry with luggage or groceries (no stairs to front door on main level).
