This beautifully updated 2300sq ft home has a sparkling pool overlooking a double fairway on the Vista's golf course. The outdoor area features large covered patio, a built in gas bar-b-que and seating for 8.
We offer free wi-fi, cable TV, U.S. long distance, weekly pool service and have king beds and large master bath with double vanities. The house is 2 miles off Loop 101 and only 3 miles from Arrowhead Mall.
The house has an open floor plan. The great room, kitchen and dining room are newly tiled and decorated with oriental style rugs The living area has huge windows overlooking the patio and golf course and is furnished with leather sofa and recliner, two large comfortable chairs, a large screen TV and remote operated gas fireplace. The dining room is open to the great room and has a beautiful Eddie Bauer dining set. The island kitchen with stainless refrigerator and new dishwasher is large, bright and fully equipped with all your basics and spices for cooking. Enjoy the breakfast nook with table overlooking the patio, pool and golf course.
Both bedrooms have king beds and private baths. There is a third bath off the living room. A separate office has two built-in desks and wireless internet access. There is another TV in the guest bedroom.
The home is quiet and private and is located in the very desireable newer section of Westbrook Village very close to Loop 101.
Golfing is available at the Vistas or Lakes courses located in the Westbrook community and numerous other public courses are nearby, including all the Sun City and Sun City West and Grand courses. There are two rec centers in Westbrook with heated pools, a workout room, bocce courts, tennis courts, pickle ball courts and jacuzzi spas.
It is a very special property that will offer guests more than expected. Located in an adult community, residents must be 40 or over but children are allowed for stays under 90 days. (contact us for particulars).
Enjoy hiking and sightseeing in the nearby White Tank Mountains or visit the red rocks of Sedona. For the sports enthusiast, it's a short 12 miles to the University of Phoenix stadium, host to Bowl games and the NFL, and 10 minutes to spring training homes of Padres, Mariners and other major league teams.
Located just off the 101 Loop, this home offers easy access to all that Phoenix has to offer, from downtown museums such as the Heard, sightseeing and dining in Old Town Scottsdale to fun day trips to Sedona, Tucson and even Mexico. The Unique Benefits at this House
Shopping is so convenient from Westbook. Groceries, Walmart, Costco and Arrowhead Mall are all 1-3 miles from the house. We enjoy golf and play our local courses but can also drive 5 miles to play with friends and family at all the Sun City courses which offer great rates.

We are an active couple who spend time both in Arizona and in Colorado. We were particular about finding the right property to enjoy our time here and found this wonderful home in a quiet neighborhood both on the golf course and with a beautiful pool! We love the outdoors and have everything here to enjoy it. We've spent time redecorating the house and it is beautiful and comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your lovely home. It is convenient to shops, restaurants and events. Your home is warm and inviting. Marley loved sitting out in the yard watching the golfers. We hope to return next year.
