Located in one of Whistlers most prestigious neighborhoods with ski-in/ski-out access, this three story, 5000 square foot traditional log home offers panoramic views of the Whistler-Blackcomb slopes, the surrounding mountains and the valley below. Three expansive desks of the main level of the house provides an ample entertainment and dining space. On a ground level exterior features include sitting room with fire pit, sunken hot tub for 9 people and detached infrared solarcarbon sauna. Manicured gardens and lawn create a cozy feel for outdoor living.
The main floor is dominated by a large cathedral-style open “Grand Salon” living room centered by a huge fire place. The all-natural log walls give a truly warm and rustic feel to the house. Also located on the main floor is the dining room with seating for 10 to enjoy the stunning views all around. The kitchen is an open and spacious design with center island cook stove and overhead fan/lights, rich granite countertops and breakfast bar. The adjacent pantry and laundry room make for easy access to essentials. Adjacent to the kitchen is a deck with a large barbecue set up and outside table and chairs for open-air dining. Two other large decks are adjacent to the Grand Salon. The luxurious Master bedroom with oversize walk-in closet and bath, and command-post like office are located on the upper floor. The lower floor hosts two en-suite bedrooms, one with queen size bed (Bear room) and another with king size bed (Fish Room). Both bedrooms have TV cabinets. The kids bunk bedroom sleeps 4 and has attached bathroom with steam shower. Also located downstairs is the pool/game room with gas fireplace and HD TV, wine cellar, bar and separate TV room. This level also has heated three car garage with ski racks, boot warmer for 12 pairs of boots and sitting bench. Adjacent mudroom provides ample storage.
