The Gulf Front master suite has a king-size bed, TV, Stereo, walk-in closet and adjoining master bath.
The second suite has one queen size bed, TV, VCR, and full-size adjoining bath with tub and shower. Great views of Perdido Bay.
The third bedroom has one queen size bed, TV, VCR, and full view of Perdido Bay.
The living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa, TV, VCR, DVD complete with surround sound, stereo and great views of the Gulf of Mexico.
The complete kitchen features all major and small appliances, cookware, silverware, and dishes.
Full-size washer & dryer in unit with iron & ironing board, vacuum and all linens included.

Why the Owner Chose Phoenix 10
Orange Beach has the nicest beach anywhere on the Gulf. With the pure white powder sand and beautiful Gulf water, this destination is a must see destination. There are so many wonderful restaurants, great golf courses, good shopping and little to no traffic makes it so easy to get around. The weather is incredible most of the time and without all the humidity and bugs that you get in south Florida. You can also drive to Orange Beach from so many different southern and midwestern cities. I highly recommend your next vacation be here!

We live in Carmel, IN and have owned Phoenix X, Unit #903 since the building first opened in January 2002. We had been coming to Orange Beach for 4 years prior to buying our condo and just fell in love with the beach and Orange Beach. I have been on the Board of Directors since the beginning of the Association and spend 4-5 weeks a year at the condo and always want to be sure that everything is up to date, clean and well maintained for ALL of the renters in our condo and the building in general. As my Daughter attends the University of Alabama, I know try and go to visit her and make a stop at the condo. We hope you will book with us as I know you will love it as much as we do.

My family really enjoyed staying here last week and was more than comfortable with the three adult beds for four adults and even enough room for an air mattress for two small children. Plenty of outside seating for all as well, spacious rooms and great water pressure, too (usually lacking at the beach!). Beautiful view from the ocean-front balcony and a great time of the year to visit as well without the usual crowds before Labor Day, easy to get around anywhere quickly in Orange Beach. We definitely hope to stay here again!

Your condo is beautiful, roomy and very comfortable. All our dreaming of having a great time came thru. The management of Phoenix 10 was excellent, so nice and helpful. I can see the expense and time you have put into this condo making it a home and it shows. We are already planning for next year! Being next to the Flori/Bama bar was great, just a short walk. We are totally in LOVE with Orange Beach and REALLY loved this condo!!! We'd live there if we could, but we will settle for just going down as often as we can!!! The condo is spacious and just lovely!!!!

The condo was perfect. Everything is clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and so was the furniture. As for the Oil Spill. What Oil Spill. The beaches were absolutely beautiful and we have never seen the water so clear.
