Phoenix X is looking better than ever! We have added over 300 FEET to our beach with the beach renourishment program. Directly on the Gulf of Mexico, panoramic, unobstructed views, and beautiful sunsets may be enjoyed from this wonderful condo on the 9th floor in the Phoenix X building.
Convenient to many restaurants, golf courses, great fishing,local sites, FloraBama Restuarant and Lounge and Outlet shopping. Great place to bring your family for a long weekend, spring break or a summer vacation. We live in Carmel, IN and have owned Phoenix X, Unit #903 since the building first opened in January 2002. We had been coming to Orange Beach for 4 years prior to buying our condo and just fell in love with the beach and Orange Beach. I have been on the Board of Directors since the beginning of the Association and spend 4-5 weeks a year at the condo and always want to be sure that everything is up to date, clean and well maintained for ALL of the renters in our condo and the building in general. As my Daughter attends the University of Alabama, I know try and go to visit her and make a stop at the condo. We hope you will book with us as I know you will love it as much as we do.
