30A offers a tropical, light and airy decor with a large balcony. Down our private boardwalk, enjoy being just 80
to 90 steps from the beach and at an affordable price. Take a 1/2 mile stroll along the beach to Seaside or hop
on your bicycle using the paved bike/jog/walk trail directly fronting this unit to tour the area for miles in either
direction. Watercolor Beach is located 1 to 2 miles to the west and Rosemary Beach is approximately 5 to 7
miles to the east boasting some of the best dining and shopping on Florida's panhandle. One of the wonderful
benefits of this central Seagrove location. The well appointed interior offers all of the comforts and amenities of
home.
The Beacons is a quaint, sought after two building 10 unit complex nestled among million-dollar beach homes
on the beach side of Highway 30-A in the "Heart" of Seagrove Beach. There are no roads to cross from the
Beacons and being just 10 units among homes offers a relaxing time on the beach with less crowds. Highway
30-A is the scenic route that runs between Sandestin and Panama City, with a bike/walk trail along its 16 miles.
Our private beach boardwalk, with a romantic crow's nest is the perfect way to end the day watching some of
the most amazing sunsets.
Our unit accommodates up to six with a queen-size bed in the master bedroom, kid's favorite twin built-in
bunks in the hallway, and a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room. Whether you are planning a quiet,
romantic getaway for two or a fun, relaxing, family vacation, the affordable rates and ideal location of the

We have been coming to Seagrove since the 70's and have watched it grow into one of the most popular vacation spots. Hwy 30 A has some of the best restaurants and attractions that many drive for miles to sample.
If you are just coming to the beach to relax then look no further as Seagrove has the feel of "kicking back" without the crowds.

Stayed for 4 nights this week and it is a gem! The furnishings are very nice...a touch of beach without being overdone. Very comfortable bed and we loved the built in bunks. A short stroll down the side of the condo and you are on the sand! Thank you Meg!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.
The Beacons location is perfect!!

The location is terrific. Just a few steps to the beach. We really enjoyed our time. Sea Grove is a fabulous beach. The condo was older and well used, but overall we really enjoyed it.
Recommended for:Families with young children.

Everything was great regarding our stay in "Suns Out" condo. It was very clean when we arrived and everything was in working order. We enjoyed the location of the condo with regards to both the beach access and restaurants. We would definately reccomend staying there and would consider returning there in the future.
