  We had a wonderful experience for our spring break at this awesome condo! It is very cozy and comfortable and had everything we needed! The proximity to the beach was perfect as was the local shops, store and restaurants! The bed was especially comfortable and we could not have enjoyed ourselves more! The owner, Meg, was especially nice to work with! We will definitely stay here again and highly reccommend it for its comfort and affordability! Thanks for sharing your piece of paradise with us!!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  Hi Meg, I just wanted to let you know that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent and the beach access is very convenient. The kitchen had everything we needed and the WiFi was very nice to have. I believe your condo is one of the best values in the area. I’m sure your housekeeping crew found everything in order. We stripped the beds as directed. We also washed the towels, but were unable to dry them because the dryer was being used by others. We left a note on the counter letting housekeeping know that the towels had been washed and were in the washer. The only complaint I had was having to leave and get back to St. Louis just in time to get hit with a blizzard and 13 inches of snow. I think you should have warned us that this might happen and encouraged us to stay another week. Take care and we look forward to renting the condo again.

  My husband and I celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary in Seagrove. Sun's Out is a very charming, clean, and well-stocked condo. We had an absolutely wonderful time. I consider the condo 'my home away from home' as we stay there several times a year. Thanks Meg for a very memorable vacation.

  This was an experience that surpassed our expectations. We were looking for a family-friendly location which were greatly satisfied. The apartment comes with many amenities and details that makes your stay very relaxing and comfortable. My children (7-&-9 years of age) loved the bunk beds and "tons" of pillows. My wife and I appreciated that every single little thing you need for cooking was already provided (we unnecessarily brought things from home). The apartment was very clean and everything was in working order: fridge, stove, AC, lights, etc. Ample clean linen was provided. It is about one mile away from a Publix supermarket. There are many restaurants in the area but we mostly ate in. Destin and Panama City Bech are relatively close. Although the apartment faces Hwy 30A, we hardly notice any traffic noise. You can "walk" to the beach. We did not have to worry about our children having to cross the road to get there. We highly recommend the "Sun's Out" to families with children. It is quiet, soothing, and relaxing. We took long walks along the beach and looked for ghosts crabs! We are looking forward to returning this year.

  Stayed for 4 nights this week and it is a gem! The furnishings are very nice...a touch of beach without being overdone. Very comfortable bed and we loved the built in bunks. A short stroll down the side of the condo and you are on the sand! Thank you Meg!

  The location is terrific. Just a few steps to the beach. We really enjoyed our time. Sea Grove is a fabulous beach. The condo was older and well used, but overall we really enjoyed it.

  Meg, I just wanted to thank you for a wonderful stay last week in Seagrove Beach. Our family had a wonderful time and you condo was great. We enjoyed how at home we felt.   Everything was great regarding our stay in "Suns Out" condo. It was very clean when we arrived and everything was in working order. We enjoyed the location of the condo with regards to both the beach access and restaurants. We would definately reccomend staying there and would consider returning there in the future.
