I stayed at this property the past month and I could not disagree more with the previous poster’s description of the this property’s management. Let me begin to point out that as a traveling student I have stayed at my fair share of apartments/condos and have dealt with numerous property managers. I came to this website to acknowledge this management team for being one of the most caring and proactive groups I have ever worked with, so I’m shocked to see this management group labeled as one that “just wanted their pay and no responsibility thereafter.” I could not have been more satisfied with my stay: not only was the unit gorgeous, but its management was very professional. When I arrived at the unit it was very clean and all of the amenities were working with ease. The manager even called me the evening of my move-in to assure that everything was satisfactory, and that I knew how to use the television and surround sound system (which was great for entertaining guests!). I had no issues during my stay, except one day the satelite reciever wasn’t working. I contacted the manager and he came the next day to resolve the issue. He even cared enough to call once a week to make sure everything was going well with my stay. The condo itself was spectacular and the views of the city/channel were awesome! I would not be the first to say that this condo is in the best building in Brickell. I’ve been to many luxury hotels and resorts, and this has got to be one of the nicest pools/spas in the country. I agree with all of the other reviews here that label this unit/building as state of the art. This unit really is one of a kind and I had an extremely positive experience working with it’s management team: I would not hesitate staying here again, nor would I hesitate recommending it to my closest friends and family.

How bad service and bad attitude and not so accurate information can affect a beautiful surrounding

A friend and I recently stayed a month at this property. We were the two of us and 4 kids; and were 7 sometimes. When I first contacted Robert he was very helpful, but as soon as we arrived, he just disappeared and just couldn't be reached. After some investigation of my own with the maids at the hotel, I was given the phone of Farjan, the owner maybe or co worker of Robert (I never knew). Since our arrival things got funny, we had problems with the valet (if you have a car you have to park it with them), I worked it out, but wasn't expecting any funny bussiness in my vacation. The valet scratched the rented car, but it is fair to say that the v manager took pictures and gave me a report and said I woud be contacted by the office (which never happened), luckily I didn't have any subsequent problems. We arrived really late at the unit with 4 kids, of course there was no one there to receive us, but it looked as if the unit was cleaned some two weeks ago, with dust piling on the corners, no toilet paper or soap to even wash our hands from the trip, not enough towels for the whole bunch of us (and those we had were smelly), no lights on the main bedroom (broken breaker), no TV (couldn't turn it on), a clogged sink on the second bathroom, and a broken sofa bed where the kids slept the whole month (it was fixed the day we left). All this would be sort of acceptable if Robert or Farjans attitude would have been different, but there was no one to help us, so we stayed without lights and TV for 6 days until Farjan came and fixed things. He gave us towels, bed linens (also not had enough). We complained about the kitchen ware and a s bunch of stuff needed if you are spending a month with 4 kids and having regular daily meals there, so we ended buying all that was missing not being enough for 6 or 7 people. Also, the dining table only holds 4, so we had to split meals so that we could all eat sitting down. The thing is the unit is beautiful, the building spectacular, along with the views, the gym, spa and pools out of this world, the front desk people nice enough, and it would have been a heavenly experience if we would have felt like someone cared enough. They just wanted their pay and no responsability thereafter. We felt cheated because Robert knew well enough that we were that many people and the unit canot accomodate 6 comfortably enough. He lied to me. I would surely come back next year, but in another unit, managed by someone more honest and caring.

Owner response:It is unfortunate Raquel did not enjoy the property; however, we find her review false and misleading. Firstly, this guest represented a total of 4 occupants at time of booking; 2 adults and 2 children. However this could not have been further from the truth as 10, and at times upto 13 guests were occupying the unit. As a result, the front desk and our office received constant noise complaints. Valet never damaged her vehicle and Valet has no record of any report being made. Parking is specifically addressed in the Agreement and on a pay per use basis. Raquel arrived after 12 midnight and the Check In instructions she was provided explicitly detailed the arrival process. The front desk was advised of her arrival, she was let upto the unlocked unit, and the keys/fobs were in the unit. The unit was cleaned the day of arrival and stocked with towels and linens for upto 6 guests; 2 more than listed in the Agreement. The TV and Master Bedroom breaker shorted as a result of 220 volt (foreign) electronics being plugged into 110 volt (US) outlets without converters. The sleeper was also broken by the tenant. Both these items were repaired within 48 hours and though the Tenant was responsible for the costs of repair, as a courtesy, we did not charge her. As an aside, Raquel was scheduled to depart on a date certain, only to refuse to leave for another 2 days, without payment, as she did not schedule her flight accordingly. As a result we were forced to move our next tenant, at our cost, to another property. Our other reviews speak for themselves. Additional references and reviews available upon request.

SISTERS LONG WEEKEND

THREE SISTERS(INCLUDING MYSELF) WENT TO VISIT ANOTHER SISTER IN MIAMI IN FEB 2011. STAYED @ THE BRICKELL AVE RESIDENCE. I HAD CHECKED OTHER PLACES BUT THE PROPERTY MANAGER, ROBERT,BY FAR WAS THE MOST PROFESSIONAL ONE TO DEAL WITH. FROM THE TIME WE ARRIVED TO THE TIME WE LEFT EVERYTHING WAS GREAT. THE PICTURES ARE NICE BUT IN PERSON YOU CAN'T BELIEVE THE FEELING WHEN YOU WALK IN TO THE CONDO. THE VIEW IS SPECTACULAR. THE PLACE WAS EXTREMELY CLEAN. ROBERT WAS VERY HELPFUL IN ANSWERING THE COUPLE QUESTIONS WE HAD. HE WAS ALWAYS AVAILABLE BY PHONE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE. YOU DON'T NEED A CAR. YOU CAN WALK,FREE PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION OR CAB. WE HAD A GREAT TIME VISITING MY SISTER. VERY,VERY SAFE AND THE POOLS ARE TO DIE FOR. WE WILL BE BACK!!!!! SERIOUSLY MUCH NICER THAN A HOTEL ROOM!!! MUCH MORE SPACE... THE STAFF AT THIS BUILDING WERE VERY HELPFUL AND NICE TO DEAL WITH.

my wife and i stayed at the condo on brickell. we saw the pictures on-line and booked it. it was as good or better than our best case scenario. we had a great time there, the apartment was beautiful and clean, and the building was really nice. the bakery off of the lobby was our breakfast place every morning. the gym was great, the pool was great. all in all, very nice. also very nice was that it was a two minute walk to brickell village restaurants and stores, including a publix supermarket. there were lot of nice places to walk to. my only suggestion is to bring a couple of extra towels. we didn't bring any, and the apartment only had 4, and we were going to the beach and using them there, so two for the beach, two for showers, so we ended up doing wash every night. - in my opinion, about the best type of problem to report.
