Situated in the private, resort-like community of The Currituck Club, guests will enjoy The Currituck Club amenities; five full size pools, kiddie pools, bathhouses, family facilities, picnic areas, seven tennis courts (four lighted), lighted sand volleyball courts and half-court basketball goals, children's play area, bocce ball, shuffleboard, horseshoes and a 3,200 sports and fitness building featuring an indoor game room with billiards, ping pong and foosball.
There are miles of lighted bike and jogging trails. A trolley transportation system will take you to the oceanfront beach, a short one mile distance, where you will find a snack bar and rental station. Personal beach valets will help you unload and set up for a day at the beach.
This beautifully decorated, handicap accessible home has an elevator to provide easy check in and check out and is perfect when carrying groceries. This Corolla retreat has a no smoking policy and pets are not permitted. Baby equipment includes a Pack-n-Play, high chair and baby gates.
The loft area offers a poker table for family game nights. The upper level boasts a large great room with a 52" Samsung LCD 1080p TV, blueray DVD, Bose surround sound and wireless internet access, please bring your own laptop. The views are fantastic from the dining room, kitchen and king bed master bedroom.
More entertainment is provided in the mid-level den with LCDTV/DVD/VCR and another Bose surround sound. Bedding includes 3 king master suites with private baths, and one queen. Relax, you are on vacation and all the bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to your arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on Saturday, check-out day.
The ground floor rec room area features a pool table, TV/DVD, kitchenette with full fridge, wet bar, and microwave. The garage area offers ping pong, foosball and air hockey tables.
Our home comes equipped with a screened porch, beach chairs, an enclosed shower, and a library of books, videos and games.
