This was our first trip to Sedona and we couldn't have had a more luxurious and delightful place to stay than Casa Bella Vista. Fran was very helpful in arranging our stay and greeted us warmly when we arrived. The condo had everything we could possibly need, including a fully appointed kitchen, the most comfortable bed we've ever encountered and absolutely breathtaking views. This place lives up to the pictures and our stay surpassed all our expectations. Thank you Fran - we have fallen in love with Sedona and look forward to future visits. Annette & Paolo

The property has nice up close red rock viewing from all large windows and is very close to a beautiful hike on the Brin's Draw Trail. The property was clean and supplied with paper products, laundry products and kitchen condiments. The remote controlled fireplace was great in the cooler weather and the bed was large and comfy. The location is fairly secluded yet convenient to all of Sedona. The flat screen TV's and a large number of nonpay premium channels was sufficient. Fran was easy to work with from the day we inquired about the property and sending back our deposit just a week later. This was our 4th vacation in Sedona and we would recommend this property for 2 adults and their dog/s!! Wish we could have brought our golden retriever to make our trip complete! Thanks, Fran!

We have spent time in all of the units Sedona View Rentals has available and Casa Bella Vista is our favorite. We just spent the month of October there. We love the romantic privacy and the amazing views from our private balcony as well as from every window in the duplex. We viewed a javelina family, a red fox, quail, bluebirds, cardinals and other wildlife in the arroyo below our deck. The secluded hot tub was steps from our door and we have never seen so many stars in the night sky. We can walk to our favorite restaurants – Shugrue’s and Elote as well as get morning coffee and trail advice at the Hike House. The best shops, galleries and Marg’s Draw trailhead are nearby, but our nurturing refuge of a house was tremendously quiet and peaceful. From granite counters and two-person jetted tubs in the en-suite baths, generous flat screen TV’s in the bedroom and above the cozy living room fireplace to the deluxe leather sofa and recliner, the house has many high-end touches. The original art and southwest design touches made us fell like we were in a private home rather than an impersonal hotel. After a long day hiking, the bed, with its wonderful sheets and down mattress topper, was the most comfortable we have ever slept on. The open kitchen and dining tables, both outside and inside, made preparing and eating our meals a delight. The well-stocked kitchen had everything we could need including Fran’s hand-made pottery mugs We had excellent wi-fi and cell phone reception. Our dog loved the fenced yard and safe neighborhood. The house is on its own separate level, an easy flight of steps from the garage and parking area, ensuring our quiet and privacy. Lastly, Fran, the property manager, was knowledgeable and helpful. Always respectful of our privacy, she was instantly available if we had a question or needed directions. We can’t wait to return!

We vacationed at the property in April. We had great weather & were extremely pleased with the duplex. It was just like it was pictured! The location was perfect for anything you could want to do around Sedona. We love to walk & were within walking distance of several shopping malls plus loads of art galleries & restaurants. We also love to hike. A few short blocks from our duplex and we were on a trail hiking in the beautiful red rocks. At the end of the day we would enjoy the seclusion sipping a glass of wine on the deck. We were amazed at the number of different types of birds we saw each day. It was also a short drive to many area attractions. Be sure to visit the wineries in the area & enjoy a picnic on their grounds. We had been in Sedona before, but it was wonderful to find a binder listing shopping, restaurants, and attractions in the area right in our duplex. It was truly our home away from home. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need & our little balcony even had a grill & bistro table to enjoy the spectacular view of the red rocks. We even had a garage for our car. It's the perfect "home base" for a stay in Sedona.

I have spent several months in Sedona the last two years and have stayed at Fran's more than once. Her place is outstanding, and her attention to detail truly makes it the best I've experienced. The listing details are accurate and I was pleasantly suprised to have my expectation exceeded. The photos are beautiful, but the views are so much more in person. I highly recommend this or either of her other properties, and plan to visit again myself as soon as possible.

11/25/09: My husband and I came down for our honeymoon and had a wonderful time in Sedona; it's a beautiful place to relax and reconnect with a loved one. Our accommodations at the Villa were fabulous! Fran made our stay very special and was available for any need we had while on our stay: such as where to eat, things to do and the "must see" locations. Thank you to Fran for her hospitality and we look forward to returning to her lovely home.

My husband and I enjoyed a most relaxing holiday in this condo. Having morning coffee on the balcony or enjoying a glass of wine in the hot tub after a day of hiking...the views are spectacular! The condo is so tastefully decorated and has everything you could possibly need for a wonderful holiday. Fran was so pleasant to deal with, very prompt to answer any questions and eager to provide any help needed. I would not hesitate to recommend this condo to our friends...in fact we already have. Thank you Fran, we will definately see you on our next trip to Sedona.

Beautiful home in a beautiful place. Sedona, and the area this home is in are just magnificient. Fran is just as nice as her home and her hospitality is as magnificant as Sedona. WE just can't say enough nice things about her. Her recommendations about the food and the things to do and see were spot on. Pet friendly does not do the term justice. I thought out Bichon was going to stay with her

Very convenient to town yet secluded. Hiking trails galore start a block from the door. Wore out a border collie over the course of a weeks stay. Mtn biking trails are a mile down the highway. Very comfortable bed and wonderful jacuzzi tub. Dog friendly but also suitable for those without dogs. Easy access to bus route.
