This exceptional, privately-owned vacation home is located on beautiful Whidbey Island (1-1/2 hours north of Seattle). Willow Pond Lake House is situated on over 50 acres of island tranquility with splendid easterly views of Puget Sound's Saratoga Passage and Mt. Baker. With 5 bedrooms and 3 baths, it can sleep up to 18 guests.
There is also a spacious, WiFi-equipped conference center located on site that is ideal for workshops, meetings, and conferences.
The property is available for short-term vacation rentals individually or can be combined with its adjoining sister property, Willow Pond Lodge (see VRBO #13600), to sleep up to 31.
Willow Pond is the ideal setting for a family reunion, company meeting, workshop retreat, or a relaxing weekend getaway with friends. Sorry, we no longer accept wedding ceremonies or receptions.

HIGH SEASON is June 15- Sept. 15. Weekly rentals only during high Season.
WEEKLY rate in High season (Sun. - Sun. only ) for $4000.
REGULAR SEASON is Sept. 16- June 14. $600 per night (Mon. - Thurs.)
$800 per night (Fri. - Sun. ) There is a 2 NIGHT MINIMUM. 3 NIGHTS for holidays.
REGULAR SEASON WEEKLY rate is $3500. Weeks with holidays may be higher.
10.7% sales tax on all rentals. $1500 damage/security deposit is required.

Why the Owner Chose Coupeville
We selected Whidbey Island because of its beautiful, rural island setting, with enough great restaurants and activities to keep us busy. It is also within easy access to Seattle (2 hours).
The Unique Benefits at this House
Each season is different on the island. In the spring, we love to listen to the frogs croaking at night in the ponds and the eagles gliding overhead. In summer we enjoy picking berries in the orchard. Autumn is great for the apples and the fall colors. Wintertime brings crisp nights and reading books by a warm fire or cooking meals with friends in the gourmet kitchen.

We purchased and remodeled this property in 2001 specifically for group rentals. We converted the barn into a conference facility. We enjoy working in the orchard and maintaining the gardens.
