Deluxe Two Bedroom/Two Bath condominium on the fourth floor in the Windward building at the famous Edgewater Beach Resort boasts spectacular gulf views from an all open living/dining area.
The Windward building is one of the closest to the ocean at the Edgewater. No pools or buildings to block your view. It's just you and the beach.
It is a smaller more intimate building with plenty of room for parking right in front, the elevators are never crowded and you are within easy walking distance to all of the amenities that the Edgewater offers.
This spacious floor plan includes over 1284 square feet of living space that is optimized to provide maximum views of the blue-green waters from living, dining and kitchen.
Additionally, a generous private balcony is the ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee, an intimate sunset dinner, or a glass of champagne under a moonlit sky.
The smoke-free unit has been newly remodeled and is tastefully decorated and equipped with every convenience you may need for your beach vacation. A fully equipped and newly remodeled kitchen is available for a family dinner or you can enjoy fine dining at one of the many excellent restaurants within walking distance of the resort.
All linens and towels are provided as well as a washer and dryer.

Awesome Beach Weekend!

We went down Mother's Day weekend. We arrived on Friday and stayed until Tuesday. I was amazed at how quiet the beach was in front of the condo. Further down near Pineapple Willy's it was crowded, but this area was nice and quiet. We lounged on the chairs and had no one between us and the water! We loved the balcony and spent a lot of time just gazing out on the water. The condo is very nice and we were very comfortable (2 adults and 2 kids) - there is also a pool that was never crowded and is just a few steps from the beach and condo. There is also a larger lagoon pool that is awesome - the girls loved it and we loved sitting out there in the evening watching them swim while we sipped our drinks. This is a beautiful area and we cannot wait to go back.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

We love this condo! We really enjoy the spacious living area and the beautiful ocean view. The chairs included with the rental are so convenient! This place is amazing! You never have to wait for the elevator or have trouble finding a place to park! We couldn't wish for any place more enjoyable. The owners are very accommodating! We will definetly return for our future vacations!

Thanks for such a great vacation getaway. You really made process so easy and worth it. I have told everyone this was the best beach trip ever. The kids loved the beach and pools and having our own beach chairs -what a pleasure! The condo was great and location perfect. Thanks again!
