From the moment you pass through the gates, you will feel as if you have entered another country. Replete with canals, lake and lush landscaping you might think you are in the Mediterranean or an Italian Seaport village, but don’t worry, you’re still right there in Florida.
Welcome to our brand new Condo. Feel the spaciousness of the large airy rooms. The bright living room boasts ten foot ceilings with a three-section sliding door that leads you right to the large screened in lanai. Walk into the kitchen and you will be transformed by the soft tones of the granite counter top and walls lined in cherry cabinets. Stainless steel appliances and tools for every level of chef to cook up a meal fit for a king.
You might need that big meal after a day of lounging at the lake front pool or easing those tense muscles in the hot tub. Prefer to work up a sweat? Play tennis on the lighted Har-Tru courts, or sit in the sauna after a relaxing massage or facial at the club house. You may wish to work out in the state of the art gym then take a few laps in the separate lap pool, or do nothing, its ok at Vivante.
Punta Gorda is a wonderful quaint seaport town, located on the Peace River at Charlotte Harbor. There is plenty to do in this pleasant waterfront community. Whatever you are in the mood for, it’s here. Shopping, art studios, fine dining and pleasant waterfront restaurants. Want it all in one place? Visit Fisherman’s Village and take it all in, while you listen to the artists play your favorite songs. Charlotte Harbor is world renowned for its fabulous fishing, challenging golf and beautiful sunsets.
Our Condo and furnishings are brand new. The bedrooms are bright and each has their own bathroom + there is an additional half bath for guests to use in the main area. The master bath has two granite vanities and a walk in shower with a separate soaking tub. Tile floors throughout the main condo. Master bedroom has a door to the lanai as does the living room and dining area.
