This is a great home for multiple families looking for a great getaway or just a few good friends wanting to spend some quality time together.
The home features a main level master bedroom with a king bed, sofa sleeper, crib and attached bath. The upper level has a loft, a 2nd bedroom with a king bed, 2 bunk beds(4 twins)and a 3/4 bath and it also has a 3rd bedroom with a queen bed and sofa sleeper,right next to it's own full bath too!
There's an additional queen sofa sleeper in the living room and the main level has a half bath and full laundry facilities.
Super giant great room with huge kitchen, with every imaginable accessory, dining area, breakfast bar complete with 6 barstools and a warm and cozy living area with a gas log fireplace and big screen TV.
Hop outside and do some sledding, or go fishing or hiking in the very secluded and private neighborhood. OR... take a short 4 mile drive to ski or dine or catch some nightlife or shop in the charming and lively town of Breckenridge.
A very nice place to have a super vacation experience!

Year Purchased: 2008
Our primary residence is located in Colorado Springs, about one hour and 45 minutes away. WE fell in love with Breckenridge when we purchased a time share in 2005. We thought it would be great to be able to own a property there and when the market turned we were able to buy this and love to share it with friends, relatives and visitors from all over the world. All year round it's a wonderful place to come and enjoy all the mountian life has to offer.
