My beautiful, brand new, nicely furnished 1st floor unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Extremely comfortable, brand new pillowtop mattresses on each bed which includes 1 queen size bed in the master bedroom and 2 full size beds in the second bedroom. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and is also furnished with their own TV. Other amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. Dining room is complete with table and chairs. A laundry room with new washer and dryer, iron and ironing board are located in the condo for your convenience. Living room is equipped with ample seating and a flat screen TV. Living room has a beautiful view of the lake. The pool is steps away from the front door and equipped with plenty of chairs. Parking is available in front of condo.

We had one of the best weeks of vacation that we have ever had staying at this condo. The condo is just right for a family of four. Enough room for everyone to spread out. We loved the lake view, the pool, the outdoor grill, the BiLo at the next intersection, the red box at the next intersection, and so many other things about this condo. It was also very clean and organized. We will be staying here again very soon.

The condo was immaculate and the owner thought of everything. I would highly recommend staying here. Communication with owner was easy and our stay was flawless. Great view of lake in a quiet building close to pool with bbq grill just steps from back door.

OMG, This is the place to stary when in Myrtle Beach. This unit has everything you could ever think of, totaly stocked and clean. The owner has excellent communication. I would highly recommend this unit as your Number One place!

we stayed here for the month of march this year and just loved it.It is clean,attractive and well equipped. We had one small problem with the brand new dryer and it was fixed right away. We hope to stay here again and highly recommend it.
