We stayed at this Cabin recently with a small group of our close friends and were WOW'd! As a resident of Denver, I go to the mountains almost every weekend and have stayed at many different cabins, houses and condo rentals, however this was by far my favorite! We had plenty of space for our guests and the three levels make it so there is privacy as well! The kitchen was fully equipped so we had everything we needed to make a large dinner. I think my favorite aspect of this cabin really is the location, it was secluded enough in the woods that we felt like we had plenty of privacy and could play music and board games without being concerned about our volume (a problem if you rent condos!) It was very serene and peaceful. Also, it was very easy to find and none of our guests had any trouble finding it when they arrived, even at night! Greg is very friendly and made the check in and check out process effortless! We will definitly stay here again soon (That is if it doesnt get all ooked up first :)

We spent a week here with adult children and two dogs. We loved the location...just far enough for privacy but close enough to be in Breckenridge in just a few minutes. The home was spacious, clean and well equipped. If you are looking for a home away from home in Breckenridge, this is it!

This cabin is in a great location on the river south of town. It has plenty of space, a great deck and is well equipped. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms which make it comfortable for larger groups.

We were looking for a nice cabin (romantic get away) , and it was at the last minute! The owners worked with us extremely well. The trip started out stressful, but was pure relaxation after we got to the cabin. The cabin is nestled in the woods and makes for a peaceful stay. I would absolutely recommend this cabin to all people, families who want a nice place to relax, or a ski week or whatever !! plus you can have your animals come with you !! Thanks for everything

We stayed at the cabin for a week at the end of March 2011. It was easy to find and a fun stay. The kitchen was well equipped for all of needs, there were bedrooms on all three floors so we were able to let our two teenage boys have their privacy in the evening. They also loved hanging out in the lower level family room to watch TV and surf the net. We enjoyed evenings in the living room by the fireplace. The snow service was very busy during our stay as there was fresh snow almost every night. That worked well. You need a car to use the unit as there isn't easy access to public transport. We hope to go back to the cabin again in the future.

The seven of us including 2 dogs, had a terrific stay. The view was beautiful and location great. Having bed/bathrooms on each floor made the cabin very private and accomodating and one nice was that you could not hear people moving around on the floor above. There is a main floor bedroom/bath so the cabin is nice for someone who may have trouble with stairs (there are only 3 getting up from the driveway to the front deck) Looking to book again this summer!

We rented the Family Cabin in the Woods last January and February for a total of one month. I probaly don't need to say more than that. However, the house is only a mile from Beckenridge and the main lift and just a couple of minutes more to the Town Gondala and you can see the Peak 10 runs from the middle of the driveway. For a place so close to everything it is so quite and isolated one would think you were miles from anything. The owners are the greatest and respond to any need we've had so far. This is so good we've rented it again for a month in 2012!

We are a family of 7; 2 adults and 5 children (ages 11 to 2 months). I was concerned before our trip that the house might not accommodate us, however, I was pleasantly surprised! The house is so super cute and comfortable. I loved how it wasn't in a cramped area, tightly packed in with a ton of houses surrounding it. There is a beautiful space around the house full of trees and plenty of areas to play in the snow. We actually spent a couple of days just playing in the snow, and sledded down the driveway! It's perfect! The bedrooms/beds are very comfortable and my children had no issues sleeping. My husband and I usually can't stay anywhere more than 2 nights because of the mattresses, but we stayed the entire week and wanted to stay longer! This was a first for our family. I had read the description about the house, and it had mentioned that the kitchen was 'fully stocked'...it was! I couldn't believe it. The cabinets were all full of things we could eat, if we needed to. We only had to buy things like milk, eggs...perishables. It was so wonderful. One of my favorite things about the house was the fireplace, it was so warm and cozy. We enjoyed sitting by the fireplace after a day of playing in the snow or sledding at the nearby Adventure Point in Keystone. Also, the owner mentioned that the house had been in his family for 30 years. I couldn't believe it, because it looked so well maintained and updated. It didn't look 30+ years old...it was quite modern and quaint. There was also a fenced in area under the house to store things, such as sleds and skiis. Super convenient! If you need a place that is only a couple minutes away from Breckenridge that is super comfy and can accomodate a large group, then this place is perfect for you!

This cabin was perfect for our family. It's nice having rooms on every floor with their own bathroom/shower. Owner is also really friendly and easy to work with. We are planning to return this summer. Thanks Greg!

Five of us stayed at this wonderful mountain home for 4 days and could have not asked for anything more. Just minutes to downtown Breckenridge and minutes to some of the best fishing in Colorado. The house is very spacious and offers great privacy for couples with the house being 3 storys. You Can see and hear the river from the BIG back deck. This house is perfect for families and/or any group wanting to get away and have the mountain air relax you. We are already planning a return trip. Thanks Greg!

I stayed at this cabin with my family for like 4 or 5 days during the summer of 2010 and it was a great experience. The cabin was nice and surrounded by trees the river was flowing with water and the house was large. There were 4 rooms, 3 of them had queen or king sized beds and one had 2 smaller beds so there were enough rooms for me, my sister, and my mom and dad to all get different rooms. And what was even better was almost every room had a TV so i spent a lot of time relaxing and watching tv after the days activities. I would strongly recommend this cabin to anyone thinking about going to Breckenridge for any time of the year.
