This attached house vacation villa is an ocean front three bedrooms, four baths with a large private pool and cold tub jacuzzi, on-site domestic staff, satellite TV, stereo, DVD player, and zone A/C in all 3 bedrooms.
Villa Picon, remodeled in 2006, was originally built in 1991 with an open architecture concept and has three levels with the Master Suite on the upper level. Wake up each morning with spectacular views of one of the most beautiful beaches in the Riviera Maya. Enjoy the large terrace and patio areas for outside dining or solely for your daily siesta.
The beach in front of Villa Picon is perfect for swimming, snorkeling and shell collecting. Other nearby activities include snorkeling from the reef, sailing, fishing, Mayan ruins tours, shopping, cenote exploring and much more.
Playa del Secreto means "Secret Beach" in Spanish, and a secret is what this beautiful residential community remains. This is a private community of homeowners, committed to preserving Playa del Secreto as a peaceful, tranquil, private location by controlling growth and development of the beach. Ocean in front of the villa has sandy bottom and no drop-offs. It's over 1 mile long of white sand, perfect for snorkeling and swimming.

Master Suite on the third level with a King Bed huge bathroom and terrace. The second bedroom also has a private bath and a King Bed.
The third Bedroom has a private Bath and Twin Beds.

Sleeps eight, However, the living space is so large that the staff can easily place additional rollaway beds or floor sleeping cushions nightly for additional guest or children.
