Private and serene in exclusive neighborhood, for important people who need to get away from it all. Full lake privileges. Only 1 hour 55 minutes from Los Angeles. You can commute to work! Please inquire about pet policy. Washer and dryer in home.
Maid service available. Snow resistant spiral stairs, lead you down to this lovely home nestled in foliage. Firewood included, but do not clean fireplace, service will remove ashes. Sorry no personal boats per ALA

Deposit and cancellation Policy: An initial $400 security and damage deposit is required no later than 7 days after making the reservation. The deposit will be refunded 30 to 45 days or sooner if possible after check out, less the cost of damage, excessive cleaning or loss caused by the Tenants.
Expenses incurred during your stay will be deducted from the remaining balance of your Security Deposit.
Payment in full is required no later than 30 days prior to the Tenant’s arrival date unless booked within 30 days. If cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival, all monies will be refunded, less a $75 service charge.
This service charge applies for all cancellations. Cancellation made less than 20 days prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of 35% of the entire rent, unless the property can be re-rented for an equal or greater amount. Cancellation made less than 10 days prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of 70% of the entire rent. Rescheduling may be possible at owner's discretion regarding availability.

We loved this place!! Perfect cabin to escape from the city. Very down-to earth, comfortable and rustic. We are looking forward to staying here again really soon!!!

We had a wonderful retreat with no worries at this cabin. I would recommend it to anyone who wanted a family get-together or a romantic getaway or in our case: both! My wife really enjoyed this Mothers day weekend break and the fact that it was very clean and she had everything she needed was a great bonus!! The view was really nice, we took many pictures especially at sunset with the lake and the mountains and pinks and purples in the sky. We ate breakfast and dinner out on the balcony every day just to soak it up! This is good for a family like ours because we could bring our dogs and the kids could all walk about 30 yards down to the beach. The whole family really enjoyed the huge HD flatscreen with DVD player and a huge collection of DVDs: although we rented a few from Redbox in the nearby village we didn't have to as the kids found many classics like "The Goonies" sitting right there. Also, the kids enjoyed their freedom to sleep upstairs while we enjoyed the romantic suite downstairs. There are 3 levels and the downstairs suite is better than a luxury suite: it had a great lake view, cable tv, its own balcony, a big shower and a jacuzzi!! We loved it! The reason I would be happy to stay here again is that we were pleasantly surprised by how everything was taken care of. We had a spill accident and had no problem doing laundry because detergent and softener were all there. We wanted to cook and they already had all of the spices(even saffron?!) and condiments available. The grill ran out of propane but there was another tank and we just hooked it up no problem. There was even a Keurig coffee machine and we would have brought Keurig cups if we would have known.... Oh, also-loads of firewood so we did not feel guilty making a nice fire every night! Oh, and tons of towels for the whole family!! I wouldn't normally expect all of these extras from a rental. Anyway, I just wanted to say my family really enjoyed it and I even got a discount to boot!

We had such a wonderful time at this lake house, with great sunsets, and the hot tub was nice especially with the fireplace in the bedroom! It was clean and well kept and I plan to return again. I went last fall and the colors were perfect! Hope to come back this spring! Loved the decor and flat screen!

We had an amazing and comfortable time in this cute a big cabin. Everything was so personalized, the view was great and so were the fireplaces and Jacuzzi! We will be back!

It is a shame my previous post was removed as were the other honest opinions of this home. I will say only, the pictures are deceiving and you will be disappointed on many, many levels if you chose this rental.
