Situated on beautiful Castaways Beach (Noosa’s best kept secret) this house is on 3 levels. Upstairs is the master bedroom, with ensuite, large walk in wardrobe and separate toilet. This level also has a spacious balcony, ideal for private sunbathing, reading or just nodding off to the sound of the surf.
The ground level has a modern, bright open plan, with well defined dining, gourmet kitchen and large living areas. There is also a full bathroom on this level. Huge sliding doors open to the heated pool, outdoor entertaining, barbeque and dining area, also with stunning views.
Downstairs provides two further bedrooms, terrace, bathroom and laundry. There is a dog washing bay, warm shower for beachgoers, fully fenced backyard and plenty of room to store surfboards, bicycles etc. Castaways Beach is a leash free dog exercise beach.
This property is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, only a seven minute drive from Hastings Street. Closer still is a great range of restaurants and cafes in Sunshine Beach and Peregian Beach.
This house is strictly non-smoking. Sorry, no schoolies. No functions.

The Unique Benefits at this House
The weather in this area is sub-tropical, so even in the depths of winter the days are usually sunny and in the low to mid 20s (C). From June to October migrating whales can be seen from the balcony and we are surrounded by National Parks.

Mario and I (Judith) built this house in 1996. We wanted just what beach going holiday makers were after - fantastic ocean views from every room, low maintenance, but casual elegance. The house is in a small, tranquil beachside suburb, only minutes from restaurants, boutiques and markets. We overlook a beautiful surf beach, that is also a leash-free dog exercise beach.
