This marvelous villa with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, garage and own swimming-pool is located 30 minutes from Tampa international airport in the quiet Eastlake Oaks community. Whether you come with your friends to conquer local courses or with your family just to relax and enjoy wonderful beaches, we have just the thing.
We are offering six twin beds so you do not have to share a blanket. ;-) Relax in spacious living room or next to the pool. You can swim, sunbathe or just sit and grill. Our double garage has ample storage if you want to bring your cycles or sports gear.
We have prepared tennis rackets for you so you do not have to bring yours. 25 metres long community pool is only 1 minute walk away.

Weather, location, activities - these were reasons why we have chosen Oldsmar. It is within 30 minutes from Tampa int. airport same as from St. Petersburg/Clearwater airport. Beaches at Honeymoon Island and in Clearwater are close, in the area there is many public and municipal golf courses in outstanding condition for bargain prices. Tampa with its attractions (NHL, NFL, Busch Gardens, shopping malls, Aquarium) is also nearby. Oldsmar is offering restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, banks and other services.
