Luxury lake home built in 2004, located on a large private lot. Woods on one side, a creek on the other and the lake in front offer privacy, tranquility and beautiful views. Interior is decorated beautifully with solid cherry hardwood floors on the main level, corian countertops, comfort appliances and new furniture. There is a gas-burning fireplace on the lower level and a heat producing wood-burning fireplace with stone masonry on the main level. The house has central air conditioning.
The lower level has 2 bedrooms which sleep 5(3 singles in one room and 2 in the other), a half bathroom and a large family room with fireplace and a poker table. The main level has a porch across the back and a large deck all the way across the front, offering a huge 'extra room' outdoors. The second floor has two large bedrooms, each with queen-size beds, and a full bath. The back yard has enough room to park 6+ cars and there is room for boat or snowmobile trailers.

I was surprised that the photos on the site where very accurate. The home was lovely. We purchased wood for the evening and had a lovely fires. I would recommend this property to others. Some of the matte rises down on bottom floor needed replaced. It was clean but we felt we cleaned it better then when we got there. The only room that was a complete mess was the laundry room. There where 9 girls and we had a wonderful time. The view of the lake was spectacular and summer would be fun to stay. We went into Ellicottville on Saturday for the Fall Festival which was so much fun. We had dinner at Ye Hare'N Hounds in Bemus Point. Shopped at a shop in Bemus Point that had lovely women's clothing.Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Down a country lane is a lovely treasure that proudly sits on Lake Chautauqua. You can easily see that the house was built from the owners heart and soul. We had a great time even in bad weather. The owners were very nice and informative. A wonderful 40th anniversary celebration over these 3 nights.Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.

House was large enough for 3 families (6 kids) to accommodate us all comfortably with room in basement for 6+ more! Basement even had a poker table with handy beer frig within arms reach- dads much appreciated that bonus! There were even a couple of “quite” rooms to curl up with a book or relax in a porch rocker watching the old steam paddle boat cruise by. Nice large Kitchen, bathrooms on every level and a great wrap around porch over looking the lake. Helps when keeping an eye on the kids. Wonderful property for kids to run around/ play games, huge fire pit, sandy beach and dock where fish were caught constantly. Perch, rock bass , small mouth and even a gar were caught using worms directly off the dock morning noon and night.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This was a fantastic 4 days at a beautiful lakehouse with everything we needed to take full advantage of the area. The children in our party were never once bored and the adults had some time to of their own largely because this was like a home away from home. We especially enjoyed the sunsets from the full 2nd floor porch and the direct access to the lake. Plenty of room and very clean. It was a pleasure to stay here.Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
