It is within a short driving distance of all major attractions, including Disney World, Universal Studios, downtown Orlando, and major retail shopping outlets and designer flagship stores.
Mount Dora’s downtown winter and spring calendar is filled with festivals and events, within easy walking distance from this home. Book after the New Year and attend Mount Dora’s International Art Festival, Antiques Extravaganza, Craft Fair, Taste of Mount Dora, Sailing Regatta, Festival of Music and Literature, and many more downtown events.
The spacious living room contains new Lazy Boy loveseats and wingback chairs for your comfort and an antique mahogany desk and curio cabinet.
