This two story, two bedroom Condo offers all of the convenience of being a home away from home.
I take great pride in condos and my complex. My Condo is tastefully decorated and very functional. Hermosa Villas is a small 64 unit gated complex just blocks away from downtown Palm Springs. This location is quiet and yet very convenient to the restaurants, casinos, and downtown nightlife.
My Condos are fully equipped to enjoy a home cooked meal with friends. Step out to the pool and take in a good book and rays in the lounging area around the pool and spa. Pool is kept at 87 degrees and the Jacuzzi at 102 degrees (year round).
If you enjoy golf, tennis, hiking, biking or just want to relax, Palm Springs has it all.
I manage only my condos and have several customers that stay with my year after year. I have some open this winter and spring so please contact me directly for availability. We also have a single story two bedroom unit right off of the pool please call for availability.
