UPSTAIRS: kitchen (convection oven, JennAir grill, microwave, fridge with filtered ice & water, dishwasher, disposal), dining room (seats 8), living room with fireplace & 32" TV (cable, DVD, VCR & Bose CD player), deck with gas grill, king bedroom, queen bedroom, laundry closet and full bathroom with jet tub.
DOWNSTAIRS: living room with wood stove & 27" TV (cable, Playstation II, DVD & VCR), recreation room with ping pong table, one double bedroom, one queen bedroom, sauna and full bathroom. This home is child friendly and includes a baby gate, crib, booster seat and highchair.
Outside there is a large horseshoe driveway with plenty of parking, sloping front lawn, small back lawn and basketball hoop. Please be aware that the house is strictly no smoking and no pets.
