  Appartement très bien situé entre Mission et Castro dans une maison de style victorien. Proche de la fameuse ligne F avec ses tramways typiques. Supermarché Safeway accessible à pied. Des restaurants et des bars autour. Appartement très propre et silencieux. Propriétaires très discrets et agréables. Attention : proche de Market Street avec des SDF (mais on ne se sent pas en danger). Pour les français, la célèbre Maison Bleue de Maxime Leforestier est à 2 blocs. En conclusion, une adresse à conseiller. Apartment situated between Mision and Castro districts in a Victorian-style house. Next to the famous F line with its typical streetcars. There's a Safeway's (supermarket) in walking distance. Many restaurants and bars in the surrounding. Very clean and calm apartment. Very discreet and nice landowners. However, there are homeless people near Market Street but you feel safe. For French people, the "Maison Bleue" by Maxime Leforestier is just at 2 blocks from the house. So, great apartment to stay in !

  My friend and I stayed here last week and it was beautiful, exactly what the pictures show, modern kitchen, clean apt with a relaxing flower filled garden. Right in the middle of a vibrant neighborhood yet quiet, this oasis after a day of sightseeing is the perfect respite. It's a heck of a good deal and the owners are easy going and classy.

  Just a perfect and quiet apartment in the heart of a great city. I love my stay there and find everything was exactly as described. Hope to come back.

  A great little place, very well situated for all the Muni lines at Church & Market, but in a superbly peaceful location at the back of the house in a quiet street. Rhonda was away for much of our stay, so we only met fleetingly, but she was always very helpful, informative, and prompt in email exchanges. Excellent shopping nearby (superb bread & pastries from Thorough Bread... just round the corner; Safeway a short walk in one direction, and Bi-Rite not much further in the other). Great, well equipped kitchen, cosy bedroom, good shower in the bathroom.

  Immensely comfortable and very well equipped apartment, especially the kitchen. Very quiet because it is off the street in the back of the building(although while we were there some construction was in progress in the upstairs unit). Access to a lovely courtyard and garden. It is also very well located for access to Muni, Metro and walking to Castro and Mission districts. Many excellent neighborhood restaurants.

  Perfect quiet location, close to the excitement of the Castro and the convenience of the MUNI. Very accommodating hosts. Great little rental.

  What a wonderful pied-a-terre this place is, and how marvellously attentive the owners are to any concerns. The location is a dream--three minutes around the corner to the Church Street MUNI. We were charmed and would love to stay again.

  Very impressed with my stay in this lovely garden apartment. The location is excellent - Castro has some great cafes and bars and i felt very at home. And you're only a few stops from Embarcadero for catching ferries to Napa and elsewhere. I always like to have somewhere i can cook when i'm on holiday, and it was great to find the kitchen well equipped and even stocked with some basic things for cooking - stuff that you need but arent worth buying for a short stay like olive oil, herbs and spices. That was really good to have and made me instantly think the owners had actually thought about having people live there and how to make things easy for them settling in, rather than just handing them the key and letting them get on with it. The apartment was nice and comfortable (great sofa and bed especially) - and the place kept very clean. Always good to have some outdoor space and a garden too. I'd definitley recommend this place if you're staying in San Fran.

  I have stayed at this apartment many times during my visits to San Francisco. It is in a great location, walking distance to many great eateries and close to a supermarket if you opt to eat at home. The garden is charming and the owners are very nice people who are helpful and accommodating. The apartment itself is clean , comfortable, with a great kitchen and comfy bedding. I look forward to my next visit to San Francisco and to stay at this great space.

  This intimate apartment is a welcoming place for any visitors to SF. It is both convenient and comfortable. The renters are wonderfully warm people and make certain their tenants have an enjoyable stay. They provided anything a renter could hope: free WiFi and cable, a fully-equipped kitchen, and small touches which made us feel at home in a foreign city. My girlfriend and I were able to wake up each morning and enjoy coffee in the backyard garden, and then because of the convenient location, we made the short walk to public transportation, great shops, bars and restaurants in the Castro or Mission. If you're looking to rent a place from a kind couple who assure comfortable stay, conveniently location within SF, I couldn't recommend this unit strong enough.
