We thoroughly combed the beach . . . not for shells this time, but for the perfect beachfront condo to call our own. We found it, rented it for a while, then took it off the market and poured lots of TLC into it. What we have now is truly a beautiful, bright and airy special place directly on the Emerald Coast - WOW!
Our newly renovated unit, nested away from the crowds, feels more like a private beach-front villa. Spend hours looking at the gorgeous shades of green of the Gulf of Mexico and the stunning sunsets dotted only by the occasional pelicans flying in formation as they head home at the end of the day - satisfied, just like you will be when you stay here!
This is a second floor end unit facing the Gulf, with a wide angle, non-intrusive view. There is NOTHING between it and the beach but natural landscaping and dunes. The unit’s walls are plastered in an “orange peel” finish and freshly painted in soothing pastels. Porcelain tile covers the floor throughout, except in the master bedroom, which is carpeted. The master bedroom has a king size bed, two night tables, a large armoire with “mood” lighting, a color TV and a ceiling fan. The kitchen is fully stocked, has new cabinets and appliances, and the counter overhangs into the living area with four stools underneath. There is also a space saver, fold-out dining table that seats four. The living area has a new queen sleeper couch, new furniture, a ceiling fan and is quaintly decorated. The updated bathroom sports a curved shower curtain rod, new cabinet, mirror, lighting and blow dryer. Outside, in the large balcony facing the beach, is a tall, large glass table and four chairs - perfect for sunset dining or relaxing!
Nautical Watch is a family oriented resort destination conveniently located near St. Andrews State Park and numerous dining and entertainment options. It borders inside Thomas Drive and the Gulf, with easy parking and no elevator hassles. You will also want to check out the pool area, with its lush island style landscaping. Just a short drive away is fabulous Pier Park, a gorgeous open-air development offering great shopping, entertainment and dining.
Because of the family-oriented nature of Nautical Watch, we reserve the right to rent to mature, 25+ year old guests. This is strictly a non-smoking unit. Pets of any kind are strictly not allowed by the association’s covenants. Check-in is at 3:00pm; check-out is at 11:00am. Panama City Beach is also our year-round home. We personally care for and maintain our unit. It is not in a commercial rental program. Feel free to contact us with your questions or to reserve.
