This property has an updated bathroom which is nice and a very functional kitchen. No problem with the wifi as well as TV. There is a nice view to the ocean and it is just a short walk to the beach access. Quiet! The bed was comfortable and we slept extremely well, perhaps all the walking in rain and wind during the typical Oregon winter storm weather.
Owner response:We are so glad you enjoyed our cozy home. Thank you so much for taking the time to write this review. We look forward to your return!!!

This was my second stay in the area and my first in this home. The house is very nice! It is well maintained and very clean. Tile floors in the kitchen, plenty of cooking utensils and pots/pans, and even plates that match! The wood stove is nice and really puts out the heat. The bathroom is clean and modern. There is a partial ocean view from the living room and the outside deck has a nice view as well. The neighborhood of Falcon Cove is nice and very quiet. The owner is great to deal with. Overall, a very enjoyable stay!
Owner response:Thank you so much, Scott. I really appreciate your rental and am so glad that you enjoyed it so much! I hope to see you in Sisters sometime!

We stayed at this Falcon Cove home with 2 other families. We had plenty of room... all the kids bedded down on the floor in the back den. It was nice to be able to close the door or not trip over their bedding all day. The back deck was also a great place to unwind, in addition to the beach, of course. We loved it and know where to stay the next time we head south.
Owner response:Thanks so much for your review...so glad you enjoyed your stay!!

My boyfriend and I just got back from our trip to the Oregon Coast and had an amazing time! This property that we rented was absolutely perfect for what we were looking for and the price was amazing! We had everything we needed to feel relaxed and right at home and enjoyed the little extras very much! The place was clean, comfortable, had a great outdoor area, where we got to enjoy sunshine all day long and the owners were great to deal with! I'd definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a perfect spot to relax, just a few minute walk to the beach!!
Owner response:Thank you so very much!!! We really appreciate your time on this!! It is important that you enjoy your time away!! Dee, Sarah & Brian

The house is so incredibly inviting, warm and comfortable. It is so easy to want to stay longer. The view of the ocean is breathtaking. The home is tucked away in an amazing cove. But for the few houses nearby it feels very private. I STRONGLY recommend the property. We visited while friends were staying at the property.

I was lucky enough to be a guest at this Falcon Cove house for several nights in June 2010. At the peak of our gathering, there were six adults, a 4-month-old baby and a dog, and I think we all agreed there was room and privacy enough for everyone. The kitchen was well-appointed for a multi-chef grill extravaganza, and the setting for dinner -- the raised deck with views of an ocean sunset -- was worth the price of admission. The free-standing wood-burning fireplace in the living room was effective and very pleasant on cool mornings and evenings, though I'm glad the baby wasn't mobile yet. Still, I like the thought of returning to this house even with a toddler. It was a great place to relax, reconnect with friends and enjoy the beauty of the Oregon coast.

My husband and I stayed with friends for about a week this past June and this beach house was everything we needed it to be -- spacious, clean, very comfortable, and had wireless. The location is just amazing -- it really is a couple blocks at the most to the beach, and you can hear the ocean from the house (and even see it from some parts of the house!). We used the grill and had an oceanview picnic on the raised patio. We went hiking and tidepool-exploring every day. When we felt like going out for dinner, we headed into the two nearby towns mentioned in the description. Our days at the house were pretty much perfect. We were sad to leave, and though we didn't originally plan on making it an annual thing, we had such a nice time, we're now considering coming back to the beach house again next year.

The beauty of Falcon Cove is that it's tucked away from tourists, from strong winds, from pollution, and from traffic. The beauty of this bungalow is that it is open to views of the water, but the windows are tight, the fire is cozy, and the beds are comfy. You can wake up to the sound of waves, or you can close out all noise and hunker down like you're all alone. Just a 10-minute drive from the towns of Manzanita and Cannon Beach, you can find grocery stores, local grills, bars, farmers' markets, and beaches, but less than 100 yards away you can find your own private sanctuary of rocks and reefs and tidepools. The house is stocked with firewood, the kitchen is stocked with cooking supplies, and the deck lets you grill while you watch the sun glint off the water. There's pretty much no way to ruin Falcon Cove, and this house gives you ever opportunity to enjoy it, with all the comforts of home. As a special bonus, the landlady is attentive and on-the-ball if anything goes wrong, and the neighbors are delightful. It's a great place to be, and we look forward to being back again soon.

My wife and I spent the entire month of June here in 2010, and it was a wonderful home to stay in. We loved traveling the coast, exploring as much as we can, and this house is perfect for that. The owner is a genuinely nice person and she truly wants you to have a great time. Honestly though, you could just spend all your time at the house and you'd be hard-pressed to not have a blast! I wish I could rate it higher than 5 stars. As I write this it's 103 here in Texas and 64 degrees in Falcon Cove. Get me back to Oregon!

Had an awesome weekend of surfing, hiking, card playing, eating and drinking with 2 of our favorite couples at the Falcon Cove. Plenty of room for all of us to hang out at night and to be lazy in the mornings. Super cozy with the fireplace. Easy to stock it up and make food for ourselves, as well. Wish we could've stayed a week!

This House Rocks! Its a walk to a Beautiful beach (with great Surf!) and close drive to either Manzanita or Cannon Beach for restaurant options. It's a perfect place for a few couples to spent the week or weekend. The wood stove is super comfy and homey. I would recommend it to anyone!
