Located in the new development of Silversage, this wonderful home is minutes away from SolVista Ski Resort and two golf courses: Headwaters at SolVista and Grand Elk. The central location of this home allows easy access to all of Grand County’s attractions.
Hot Sulphur Springs, our best kept secret, is a 15 minute drive. Winter Park and Mary Jane Ski Resorts are a 25 minute drive or you can take a free ski bus that comes to our property. There are miles of Nordic skiing terrain within short distances at SolVista, Snow Mountain Ranch, or Devil’s Thumb Resort.
Grand Lake and the three lakes (Lake Granby, Shadow Mountain, and Grand Lake) are all within a 15 minute drive. Outdoor activities include hiking trails, skiing, boating, biking, golfing, fishing, kayaking, rafting, and much, much more.
This home sleeps comfortably 10 people and is perfect for two families to share. There is a master suite on the main level with a 5 piece bath and a kids room with 2 sets of bunk beds (4 beds) - perfect for a large family with kids. The lower level has an entertainment room with games and two more bedrooms one with a queen bed and another one with two twins.
The views of the Continental Divide, the valley, and the railroad are unbeatable. The great room with a gas fireplace, a large screen TV, and a huge open kitchen is warm and inviting. The home features in-floor radiant heat with separate climate zones which makes it very warm comfortable for everyone.
Nearby summer activities include nearly all forms of water recreation: boating, water-skiing, sailing, jet-skiing, fishing, swimming, as well as kayaking and rafting on the adjoining three lakes and their tributaries. Rocky Mountain National Park and the Arapahoe National Forest provide miles of hiking, skiing, and snowmobiling trails, as well as unparalleled wildlife watching opportunities.
There are several golf courses in the area: Grand Lake's 18 hole public golf course just north of Grand Lake Village, Headwaters at Granby Ranch, Grand Elk, and Pole Creek. Other fun things include Rocky Mountain Repertory Theater Company performances at the community center of Grand Lake, Jazz Festival in Winter Park, horseback riding, historical homesteads and ghost towns, museums, great restaurants, antique stores, and much, much, more!

This home was wonderful and has everything listed plus more. The game room was terrific, the house spacious and all the kitchen accessories were great. Would definately stay there again.

We stayed in this home in June of 2011. We had twelve family members and there was plenty of room for everyone! The game room was a BIG hit!! Many hours of competitive play were spent in that room. We also enjoyed sitting out back and watching the incredible runoff and the wildlife it attracted. The hot tub was perfectly located! The ONLY thing that could perfect this home would be a second story deck. There really is nothing to complain about. We cooked nearly every meal at the house and lacked nothing in the way of utensils and cookware. It was very quiet at night. While not "secluded", the property was private. The owners/property managers were friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay at this home again!!

The house was perfect! It was very spacious, sparkling clean and extremely well equipped. All members of our party were happy and comfortable. The view was beautiful and there were several outdoor activities to do in the immediate area (hot springs, water rafting, ATV's, hiking). Management was prompt to answer questions and all information was clear and concise. We will definitely use this property again or one managed by the same group. I highly recommend this property. Our family of 8 (6 kids, ages 9-17) had a wonderful two weeks here! The pictures of the view from the property need to be changed or added to... it was beautiful. The weather was perfect for us, and the house is conveniently located for day trips and outdoor activities. We enjoyed river rafting, a trail ride, hiking, RMNP, and saw lots of amazing wildlife. The game room was a hit; there is tons to do at the house if you just a want to spend a relaxing day at home. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us!

Our two daughters and their families joined us for the week. The house was clean and well-equipped. The hot tub and the game room were favorites for the grandkids. The kitchen was wonderful and we enjoyed preparing all of our meals for the week. The availability of table games and puzzles were appreciated. It was just a great place for an extended family.

OH MAN! This place is WONDERFUL! My husband & I live in Denver and our family came from Texas for Thanksgiving. We had the most amazing time and that was primarily due to this awesome house! There were 5 adults and 2 kids, so we had more than enough room. Other than the standard Thanksgiving football watching, we hardly turned the TV's on because there was SO much to do...game room, sledding, games, etc. The house was super clean when we got there and it has been kept in such great condition that it feels brand new. We will for sure go back!

What a great family spot! We also enjoyed sleadding down the slope behind the house. Most of our memorable moments were spent right inside these walls. The 8 kids we had with us were so excited to see the game room and all the wonderful games. Even though the views of the mountains beat Kansas any day, some of the best sites were right in the living room. This vacation was one for the books for sure. We have enjoyed this home to the fullest. It exceeded all of our expectations What a beautiful home! We can't wait to bring more family with us next time. This area is so friendly and great for a large family. We are so blessed to have had this time here. May God bless everyone who calls these walls home - if even for the night.

You've put a lot of thought into all the final touches. The home is equipped with so many things that are accomadating for a large group with people of all ages (especially children young & old). The hot tub is very pleasant after a day of skiing. We would recommend your home to our friends & family!!!
