Wow! This place was comfy, clean, and had serious character. Nice walks to great parks, restaurants, and the Fillmore! Can't wait to make a weekend out of the next show.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

My husband and I stayed in this condo in May ~ It is a beautiful modern condo with everything you need for a vacation or weekend getaway. It was nicely decorated with modern finishes and very clean. It is even nicer than the photos show. It was also well stocked with everything you might need. The owners were very accomodating and really helped make our stay even more enjoyable. The location was amazing too. There are is a great coffee shop & other shops/restaurants near by. You are close to downtown as well. The neighborhood was great. I have recommended to friends. We loved our stay here.

My husband and I just returned from a long weekend in Denver. We stayed at this property and could not have asked for a better or more convenient apartment. It is close to downtown and the craziness of Colfax without being in the middle of it. It is in easy walking distance of a couple grocery stores and coffee shops and the Cheesman Park/ Capital Hill neighborhood is just fun to walk around. The modern New York style decor of the apartment is upscale and well-kept. We loved the colorful and psychedelic concert posters that decorated the wall! This apartment was a gem and we will definitely use it for our next trip to Denver.

We stayed here this past August when in the Denver area. We found the location to be excellent. The owners were very accomodating, and the space was clean. Ideal space for a couple's getaway. We'd defiantely stay again!
