BOOKED for 2006!!! Regency Towers Oceanview Condominium. 5th & Kennedy Blvd., North Wildwood, NJ. This third floor Condominium is very clean, tastefully decorated, has two bedrooms (King size bed in each), a full-sized sleeper sofa, roll-away bed in the livingroom and toddler bed. Pillows, blankets, mattress covers and comforters are included in the unit. Fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The unit is centrally cooled and heated. Swimming pool with separated "baby pool" and parking provided.
The condominium is located at the beach. There are oceanviews from the livingroom, bedroom and the balcony.
The world famous Wildwood Boadwork is a short walk along the protected bike path that runs in front of the Regency Towers, along the beach. Cape May Zoo, Wetlands Institute, Hereford lighthouse, Cape May lighthouse, Cape May Bird Sanctuary and the Wildwood Convention Center are all just a short drive away.
"Change Overs" are done by the owners to insure cleanliness.
One Car assigned parking provided. Sorry no pets and no smoking.
Very Clean and Quiet, mostly an owner occupied building. NO PROMS & NO SENIOR WEEK. Families Only!
