My family comes to Huntington Beach every year for a vacation. This was our first time staying at this house. We loved it. It was so big and comfortable. In fact, the master bedroom has the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. It's very close to the beach, and our kids loved it as it is walking distance to all kinds of shopping, restaurants. It had everything we needed. Well, the knives could have sharper, and we had a heck of a time trying to figure out those big TV's but these were our only complaints! We WILL be back next year. The pictures really show you what this house looks like. Thanks!!!

Wow! So so happy...That should be all we have to say, your home had everything. We have rented dozens of homes on VRBO and this one is by far our favorite. Thank you for having all the comforts of home, the beds were so comfy the couch in the family room made it hard to leave the house, all the amenity in the kitchen were such a great bonus that we only ate out 3 meals because it was a joy to cook in your kitchen. Thanks for the beach toys and use of the bikes, loved being able to walk or ride our bikes everywhere and then come home to this amazing new and clean beach house and a relaxing hot tub. Can't wait to come back. we have recommend your home to all our friends and family. Thanks again, Lois and her happy family

Excellent Vacation Property - No Issues

Huntington Beach and this house were absolutely perfect for our recent vacation. My family of 6 stayed at the house for 9 days in March of 2011. We had a wonderful time and found the house to be excellent in all areas. From the gourmet kitchen to 7 TV's all with Direct TV (more than 1 for everyone) in the house to the whirlpool spa, foosball table, etc - the amenities were great. We found the location to be ideal both for adventures at the beach, down in San Diego, up in Los Angeles or to Orange County. We found the house to be very clean when we arrived and no problems getting to or into the house. We really appreciated the provision of many beach towels - it required less packing. I'd highly recommend this for anyone.

Relaxing Getaway!!

My family and I have stayed in this beach house a few times, each time very enjoable! It's such a great location and a quick ride in from Las Vegas. The house is set up great for a relaxing family vacation. It has all the comforts of home, tastefully decorated with all upscale appliances and furnishings. This beach house is very clean and I would without hesitation recommend it to anyone who wants a great vacation beach rental! I plan on going back this year also!

Disappointed

The location of this house is fabulous. The layout of the house is equally fabulous. Unfortunately, the house is very dirty. The carpets are in desperate need of cleaning. The towels smell like they have been left in the washer way too long. The spa did not work - even after contacting the owner on a daily basis, nothing was resolved. Many false promises of repair people being sent to solve the problem went unanswered. The keys to the house do not work very well. After a late night arrival, we spent over 30 minutes trying to get the keys to unlock the doors. Fortunatley, a lucky wiggle of the key finally unlocked the door. It was almost 2 weeks before our damage deposit was returned. Overall, the great location and wonderful floor plan did not make up for the deficiencies at this house.

This must be the best rental house in Huntington Beach! It is extremely spacious, elegant, comfortable, and convenient. Our family of five had lots of room to spread out, but there are several intimate places in the house for gathering together. It's so close to the beach and town center that we hardly had to use our car at all for a whole week. A perfect vacation get-away!

We rented the week of July 18-25th which was Huntington Surf US Open. It was great time to be there. This home is wonderful. It has everything to make you feel at home. I have four children ages 11,9,8,and 4. They all loved this home. Plenty of bikes, boogie board, sand toys, beach chairs,a wagon to pull, beach towels and toys for young boy's. You name it this home has it. Once your home after a day of the beach you can relax with a nice Hot tub or watch a movie they have plenty to choose from. A fire pit out front to do some smore's. Our family will be back no need to look for another home this one made us feel like home. It was only a 8-10 min or less walk to Main street. Every Tues. Main Street does a street fair, fun for all. What's we liked to the neighbordhood was very nice. The home is in the middle of the street so you don't hear all the cars driving by the the corner lots. Trust me your family will love Huntington Beach and this home.
