Home is ideally located for the Wintergreen’s Spa, and indoor pool, Jacuzzi, and restaurant facilities and a short walk to ski slopes and nature center. All linens are provided. Resort amenities include; 1st class skiing, snowboarding, tubing, 2 championship golf courses (mountain and valley), valley lake, for swimming and fishing, outdoor pools, biking, hiking, horseback riding, children activity centers and teen center. Owner passes will be provided for discounts on resort activities: 20% off prevailing Recreational Rates for - Lift Tickets, Snowports Equipment Rentals and Tubing; 15% off prevailing Recreational Rates for - Golf Green Fees, Tennis Court Fees, Aquatics/Fitness Center Access Fee, Out of Bounds, Tree House Activities and Lake Monocan Rentals.
