Great place for a quiet weekend getaway. The property was clean and well maintained. Within 1 1/2 miles of a Raley's for those little things that you might have forgotten. The owner was very patient and helpful with all my questions and concerns. Will definitely plan on staying here again when time permits.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners, age 55+, families with young children.

We were not sure what to expect when we rented this cabin, but it was a wonderful stay! The property is very clean and well maintained, it even seemed that it was even new. Kitchen was fully equipped with all the amenities that we needed. The rate is very reasonable and the location of the cabin is close to the actual places that we wanted to go...we did not even drive for more than 5 miles for the snowboard rental and diamond peak resort. The owner (Jorge) is a very nice guy. He is very helpful in answering all our questions and is very easy to deal with. Paid with Paypal and received the security deposit in time with no hitches. I highly recommend this cabin! Thank you for accomodating us!Recommended for: Pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children.

This was my first time renting through VRBO and I wasn't sure what to expect. Luckily, we hit a winner. The cabin was exactly as described. Great location. Very clean and very comfortable. The owner responded quickly to questions I had before we decided to rent, and my damage deposit was returned to me just as quickly. When we go to Lake Tahoe again, I would not hesitate to rent this cabin again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

A great place for a family vacation. House is equipped with modern appliances, internet access, dvd players and movies, and is pet friendly. Setting has an old Tahoe feel with a stream/brook adjacent to property, yet is close to Incline Beaches. Owner was great to deal with and very accommodating to our requests.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners, families with young children, adventure seekers.

What a great find! This cabin is extremely well kept- clean, comfortable and pet friendly. Close to tons of great hiking trails, nature watching areas and beautiful vistas of lake Tahoe. We are absolutely planning to return sometime soon!Recommended for: Sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Nicely Remodeled place with new appliances and fixtures-- Comfortable tidy place in a nice quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors-- We had a very pleasant visit and would absolutely go back.We didn't meet Jorge, but he was very honest easy to deal with, and seems like a good guy.Did you find this review helpful? About the owner: I am a civil and structural engineer. I did a lot of the remodeling myself, plus I designed the upstairs dormer in the large bedroom.
