This spacious and family-friendly home with bright, open rooms has a wraparound porch that overlooks a large lagoon with fountains. Enjoy the sunsets from your porch rocker while you watch herons, egrets, and other wildlife. Lots of windows in this home let you take in the beauty all around. You'll appreciate the private, large landscaped corner lot on a quiet street, but you're just minutes away from the uncrowded beach and center of Fripp Island activities. You'll hardly know you have neighbors!
The house is fully equipped for families, there are two VCR and DVD players for entertainment. Enjoy breakfast or beverages on the
3-season screened porch that overlooks the lagoon.
Each of the 3 large bedrooms has newer beds and linens. The master bedroom opens onto the porch and has its own bath with shower and tub, the other 2 bedrooms share a full bath.
Fripp Island is a private, gated resort island that features 3 1/2 miles of Atlantic beach where you can relax, sun, and swim, or walk for hours and hunt seashells. Explore nearby Hunting Island State Park or the historic town of Beaufort, 18 miles away. Take a day trip to Charleston or Savannah if you're more adventurous.
We do not offer a golf cart for use by our renters. We can recommend rental firms to you upon request.

We rented this home last August, and are contemplating a return visit this year. The home was just as described in the listing, although the true beauty of the location cannot be described in words. We had everything we needed to enjoy a very peaceful and relaxing vacation. Our kids, who were 6, 5, and 3 at the time were fascinated that deer would come into the yard when we were sitting on the porch. The beaches on Fripp were amazing. Martha and Patrick were very nice to work with, and we can't thank them enough for allowing us to rent their beautiful home. Hands down the best vacation we have taken!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children.

We have rented this house two years in a row. Lovely home, clean, accomodating owners and the neighbors are fantastic. The location is primo and private, you can't go wrong! Would absolutely, hands down, recommend Pat and Martha as renters and this fabulous home! You will not be disappointed!
