Located directly on the 11th fairway this home is a golfers dream. A 12 X 48 deck overlooking the fairway cannot be matched and will be a perfect getaway for golfer and within a 5 minute walk to Mountain Ranch Pool. The house comes with a 50" Plasma television in the living room, and a 37" LCD television in the Master Bedroom. Fully furnished, the Master Bathroom comes with a Jacuzzi Tub and tiled in Shower, a magnificent house that wont disappoint. The deck along with a charcoal grill comes with a outdoor dining furniture with plenty of seating. Very quiet and secluded with no properties within 100 yards of either side, to provide the privacy expected.
RESERVATION AND BOOKING POLICY:
You must be 30 years old to rent. No Smoking and No pets.
A Reservation deposit of $500 is required. This must be received at least 7 days after booking to hold the reservation. The deposit converts to a security/damage deposit upon your arrival and is fully refundable within 7 days of departure, provided you have followed the house rental rules and regulations posted within. An advance payment of 50% of the rental rate is required 30 days prior to arrival. The balance of the rental is due 15 days prior to arrival
CANCELLATIONS:
If a 30 day notice is given for cancellation no penalty will occur. Cancellations made within 29-15 days forfeit the 50% deposit. Cancellations made within the 15 days forfeit the entire rental fee. Early departure does not warrant a refund of rental.
Many deer and wildlife abound and is unusual to not see deer close by. The nights provide spectacular view of the stars and with the large deck provides ample space for relaxing under the stars.
3 Bedrooms 2 queen beds and 1 full bed.
2 full Bathroom fully stocked with Towels and Linens.
NOTE: Cleburn Counties and Van Buren Counties are both dry. Bar privileges are available with membership for registered guest at golf courses and some restaurants.

Why the Owner Chose Fairfield Bay
I chose to purchase the vacation rental at this location because I noticed a need for a quality lodging location on the Mountain Ranch Golf Course. The only other location for people to stay were the timeshares which from what I understand difficult to rent.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Privacy and the serenity that comes along with that. The deck area at night is fantastic with wildlife that strolls across the golf course.

Please accept my apology for not writing before now. My family rented this property in July of this year when my husband passed away and we were needing extra lodging for family who were in town. Highly recommend this property. Very friendly owner. Home was is very warm and inviting. Situated in a very peaceful area. Pictures really understate how nice home and area is. Will definitely be back.
