Be As You Are is a brand new lakefront home built for family enjoyment and recreation. It accommodates up to 26 guests for sleeping but is also ideal for a small family getaway. This beautiful home has an outstanding view close to the Deerfield Bridge and around the corner from Sugar Hollow Marina. The Main level is located on the street level with no steps to the entry. It has over 75 feet of private water frontage … with a beautiful 200 square foot “sun and fun” deck with steps that lead right into the water. The first level has an open floor plan which includes a half bath, kitchen, dining room, great room and a Master bedroom all with great views of the lake. The private upper deck has relaxing furniture with a gas grill to enjoy your catch of the day. The lower level deck features patio furniture and a hot tub.
The kitchen is enhanced with granite countertops and custom Tennessee built cabinets. The majority of the main level has hardwood flooring, 20 foot tall cathedral ceilings, and a state of the art surround sound entertainment center with a 46” HDTV, DVD player and an iPOD dock player. The beautiful master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed and a 23” LCD TV. The master bath includes tile flooring.
The second level offers the second and third private bedrooms adjoined by a full bathroom with tile floors. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a 19” TV. The third bedroom offers two full size bunk beds which sleeps 8. The lower level with seperate entrance has full bath and two bedrooms with twin and queen bed.
An upstairs loft features a twin bunk bed for the kids to enjoy their own privacy. The lower level features a cozy open seating with 32” LCD HDTV. The fourth and fifth bedrooms are also in the lower level. The fourth bedrooms features 2 full size bunk beds for 8 and the fifth bedroom features a queen bed with a 19” TV. There is also a full bath and a laundry room with washer/dryer and a full size refrigerator. The lower level also features Play Station 3 with Blu-ray disc player. There are 2 PS3 games as well as DVD movies and many board games to enjoy.
There is a Pak-N-Play, high chair and booster seat available in the laundry room. Be As You Are was created for your relaxation and enjoyment. It has plenty of parking and can accommodate up to 3 cars outside of the home, and many more in the developments auxiliary parking area. Be As You Are is located in the Lakeside Estates gated community just a few miles from I 75 and minutes from the city of La Follette. From the lake, you could not ask for a better location.
