Welcome to our Tahoe Donner beautiful, warm and fabulous, mountain retreat. This spectacular home is 2200 sq. ft. plus a huge two car garage and a long level driveway with plenty of room for 4 cars to park. The home has been updated and has all new carpet and paint, new furniture, linens, 11 sets of new towels, comfortors on every bed with extra blankets and many other wonderful features. You will love the new decorating and color scheme. We are continuously updating the house for an even more outstanding stay. We just added an electric hockey game table. We have now added a 26 inch flat screen tv to the master bedroom. The house is beautifully furnished and is immaculate.
We will consider all dates and minimum stays.
The House has a very large open floor plan that comfortably supports a large family or group of people and plenty of room to seat the occupants in magnificent style and comfort. LUXURY! Lots of windows and views in every room.
There is a fully appointed kitchen all new pots and pans, coffee maker and toaster and a spare for both. Just curl up on the new rich, plush, chocolate ultra suede couches or by the bar and get warm by the wood stove on a cold and blizzardy night. Enjoy the beautiful views of MT Rose and the surrounding mountains.
You enter the house from street level into a huge entry and do not have to climb outside slippery stairs to get into the house. Between the bar and dining table you can easily seat 12. The great room is very spacious and elegant with a warm, rustic but luxurious mountain ambiance. Sun and spring is here. Come and soke up the rays and wonderful dining and nightlife or just stay at home and enjoy your friends and family in luxury. FAB..FAB..FAB..
The luxury master bath has a 6 ft. jetted tub to relax after a workout on the slopes of the finest ski areas the world has to offer nearby. The master is surrrounded by large windows looking out to the view of the big pines and greenbelt. All the bedrooms have big windows and views and lots of su streaming in. Each room has been appointed in detail to your needs. There are 2 Queen beds, 2 double bed, and 1 bunk bed and 1 twin mattress that can be used in any of the very large bedrooms with plenty of room left over. There is also two bonded leather 4 inch foam pads for extra people. The house has forced air heat throughout and stays very warm. There are four cable hookups and there is a large TV and DVD in the great room. There is a flat screen TV and DVD in the master and 2 TV in two other bedrooms with a VCR. There is also a wireless internet hookup. FAB..FAB..FAB!
Tahoe Donner has it own private beach at Donner lake and boat lonch and docks. Amenities also include beautiful swimming pools and fitnes club to die for, horseback riding, archery and many trails to hike and creeks to fish. We have many other summer activities at the surrounding ski areas and beautiful Lake Tahoe and it's world renown beachs and nightlife. There is so much more about the amenities in Tahoe Donner. You will love the wonderful, large redwood deck overlooking the views of Mt Rose and surrounding mountains. There is access to the back yard and deck. There is a brand new large gas barbecue. The weather in the area is always sunny and beautiful. There is over 300 days of sunshine a year. FAB...FAB..FAB!

- There is a basketball hoop in the driveway.We have a hockey game table. The rental is located in Tahoe Donner has many activities available including downhill skiing and cross country. The house has a sled hill right out the back door and people also use for skiing.
