Please enjoy our new luxury condominium located at "The Pines at Ore House". We are offering you all the accommodations of home in our 2BR/2BA lower level corner unit condo. The lack of stairs is a great feature when lugging around all your ski gear and walking in ski boots.
The fully-equipped kitchen includes a built in wall oven and microwave, counter cooktop, side by side fridge and ample bar seating. The living room provides a large river rock gas fireplace, 32 inch TV with DVD/VCR, and a queen-size sleeper sofa. The large patio off the kitchen nook has views of the Ski Area and Emerald Mountain.
In the master bedroom, enjoy the comfortable queen size bed, private bathroom, walk-in closet, and a private patio from which you can walk to the hot tubs. The second bedroom features another queen size bed, walk-in closet and an adjoining bathroom.
You will not find another location that offers more convenience to maximize your stay in Steamboat. Soak in one of two covered hot tubs with a heated changing room, walk to fine and casual dining, coffee, bagels, grocery shopping, gift shops, ski/bike shops, rental stores for all your equipment needs, DVD rentals, liquor stores, and more. The FREE Steamboat Springs Transit System (BUS) is just footsteps away from the door and will take you anywhere you want to go: the Steamboat Ski Area approximately 1 mile, historic downtown Steamboat approximately 1.5 miles for shopping and dining, or to Howelsen Hill for Tubing, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, the Alpine Slide and the Home of the Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club. Across the street from the condo you will find the Yampa Valley Core Trail where you can enjoy a leisurely stroll, a vigorous jog or a relaxing bike ride. Along this trail you will find the Steamboat Botanical Gardens, Fetcher Pond, the Kayak play holes on the river, a couple of Gazebo's and the baseball and soccer fields.
Whether you visit Steamboat Springs “Ski Town USA” in the winter to ski the famous "champagne powder" or in the summer for the world-class fishing, hiking, biking, kayaking, golfing, hot air balloon rodeo, Pro Bull Riders Rodeo Series or hunting in the fall, the enchantment of The Yampa Valley will have you returning year after year!
