This beautiful one bedroom, one bathroom private home is in a quiet neighborhood of West Bradenton - 10 minutes from the Island Beaches, Gulf-of-Mexico. The property is surrounded by tropical landscaping and has a large "private" Jacuzzi, a sun deck, large dining BBQ patio, and more. There is a large bedroom that has a Queen-size bed and the Couch has a sleeper sofa, all of which will accommodate up to 4 persons. We also have a crib, high chair, stroller, play pen, and other baby / infant items if needed.
The property is close (within a 5 minute drive) to a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, shops, movie theatres, golf courses, bowling alleys, etc.
The home has been re-modeled in 2008 and includes high-speed Internet access and local plus "free" long distance service. The Living Room is spacious with a 32" color TV, plus a DVD player, and a separate CD / stereo system.
There is a Queen sized bed in the Bedroom, which has patio doors that open out onto a separate "private" deck area - which includes a propane BBQ, dining area, Jacuzzi, and tiki torches. There is a 22" color TV in the bedroom. The Bathroom is fairly large with a shower and tub, as well as a Washer & Dryer unit.
We also provide numerous board games, bikes, fishing gear, crocket for the back yard, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and much more. We even have a pontoon boat that you can rent for sight seeing, fishing, taking an island excursion - we have multiple routes / trips already planned that you can simply follow.
This home offers everything for that well deserved "private" relaxing vacation.

Why the Owner Chose Bradenton
This Cottage is next to our home where we lived for more than 5 years. It is a large Cottage and is located on the end of a dead end street. We have had relatives stay there while visiting us in Florida and then we decided to turn it into a vacation rental.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The Cottage is spacious and relaxing. There is a beautiful back yard, with a large patio / BBQ area, and it is very private. Even though it is close to downtown Bradenton, it is still only 10 to 12 minutes away from the Beaches. There are several large grocery stores, shopping, numerous restaurants, movies, bowling, and more within 5 minutes of the Cottage.
