Newly renovated, right on the banks of the Noisy River, 5 km from Creemore - voted one of the 10 most unique villages in Canada. 3 bedrooms, (queen, king, king and single), fully-equipped bright open dining/kitchen with walkout to large deck and river. Cozy, comfortable, with skylights, pine floors, filled with original paintings and antiques. Big front porch with mosaic floor, great to be used as mud room. Lots of light. 2 bathrooms: 1-claw foot tub, separate shower, sink/toilet; 2-toilet and mosaic tiled sink. Big lawn on the river, parking for two cars. Playground, slides, swings in the park across the river; cross country skiing at your door! The River House is a cozy oasis for one or two couples with a couple of kids....maximum 6 people...thanks!
