This is a classically decorated upscale coach home in the popular Palm Beach Gardens community of Ibis Country Club. There are two full bedrooms, separated from each other, two full baths plus a den. The great room opens to a large screened lanai that overlooks the Loxahatchee Nature Preserve where birds and other wildlife are ripe for viewing. This is a first floor unit and includes a two car garage. The unit is just under 2,400 square feet in size.

Tastefully decorated with leather couches is the great room looking out onto a peaceful and unspoiled water preserve view. The eat in kitchen has granite countertops, an island and a lovely breakfast area. The large master bedroom has two walk in closets and a whirl pool tub and separate shower in the master bath. There is a formal dining room. The ceiling height ranges from 10 to 12 feet throughout the condo. All linens, kitchen utensils, dishes, glasses and silverware are included.

Any of the three championship Jack Nicklaus golf courses will provide a challenging experience and greens fees are included in the rental as is full membership in the country club. This is a popular seasonal and full time community.
