Come enjoy warm Arizona and relax in this beautifully decorated 1500 square foot desert home. Here you'll find comfortable furniture and warm Sonoran colors. Florida shutters cover all the windows and transoms.
The living area boasts a large sectional couch and built in entertainment center that features a 42" HD TV. The kitchen with maple cabinets and Corian countertops is ready for whatever gourmet meal you wish to prepare and the dining table will seat six.
Step out of the rear sliding glass door from the living room and you will find a partially covered double patio so you can choose between sun or shade. There is a cushy all weather wicker set with two rockers, couch and ottoman plus two others seatings with table and chairs. Strike up the grill for that special BBQ meal and gaze at the stars on the clear desert nights. The back yard is beautifully landscaped with desert plantings, lights and surrounded by a 6 foot high privacy fence.
When it's time for bed, you will be embraced by the king size, super pillow top mattress on the bed. There are two night stands with drawers and a large dresser. The walk-in closet provides ample storage for your clothes. The colors in the room are very calming and invite you to sleep in on any given morning. There is also a large TV and VCR with many movies for your intertainment. The master bath has double sinks and a large shower.
In the second bedroom you'll find a queen bed with side tables and a large dresser and closet. The second bathroom is a full bath with storage under the sink. The den/office features a lovely Tahitian daybed with trundle. There is a desk with high speed internet assess and speaker phone if you want to connect to the outside world. The separate beautifully decorated laundry room has a full washer and dryer and storage.
This is an age restricted community so at least one person must be 55 or older. As a guest you may purchase a $100/person activity card to enjoy all the amenities and get a big discount on golf. There is so much to do at this resort it is hard to name it all.
The winding, walking/biking trail is just around the corner. There are several pools, two gyms and four golf courses. In the spring there is baseball training with many professional teams in the area. In the fall are the AZ Fall Leagues. With that and all the other activities, you can be as busy as you like or just kick back and take it easy.

This property is not some spartan rental that is quite often the norm. This property is a home. Comfort is the word of the day ranging from an extremely comfortable sectional couch, a new large screen LCD HDTV, a very restful pillow top king in the master, a very well stocked kitchen, a very private (and quiet!) and walled backyard and the list goes on. Since we are golfers, we appreciate interesting and well maintained golf courses. Sun City Grand has four wonderful courses that rank as the best four golf courses of any active adult community we’ve visited or lived in. Outside of the community there is everything you could ask for…shopping and dining opportunities abound within literally a few minutes’ drive. Inside of Sun City Grand, along with the four golf courses are two restaurants and fitness centers and numerous other amenities. And lastly and probably most important, the property owners are gracious, cordial and genuinely care about your stay.

We spent a month in this home and absolutely loved it! Everything we could need was provided, and the home itself is warm and inviting. My 88 year old mother came down to spend time with us, and she spent hours on end sitting on the back patio enjoying the numerous plants, trees, and sun! The walking trail was only a block away and we walked all or part of it at least once a day. While walking the dog we met many people and we were so impressed at how friendly everybody is in the community. All in all, it was a great vacation and we'd definitely stay here again!

This SCG home is perfect for an extended vacation in Arizona! The home has all the amenities "of home", is well cared for and close to shopping (a big plus!). The high wall in the back yard is perfect for the pets, and the home itself is nicely appointed throughout, with a very warm and inviting decor. The king-sized bed in the master suite is one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on! As an avid "walker", I personally enjoyed my evening strolls multiple times around the neighborhood (even at dusk) - feeling quite safe with the well-lit streets. With Sprouts Market, Trader Joes, Paradise Bakery, even a hugh Walmart close by, we could not have asked for more. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to make plans for a return stay. I'm sure my husband enjoyed the many golf links in the area! Returning back to the grey, wet, cool, Pacific Northwest weather certainly makes us yearn for the daily sunshine!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely Sun City Grand home so much that we have gone back a second year! The owners have done everything they can to assure you will have a comfortable visit. The beautiful location and amenities at SCG make this an ideal vacation spot.
