Villa la Estancia is a one of a kind condo resort on Medano Beach (the only swimmable beach in Cabo San Lucas). The unit looks out on the World famous rocks of Los Arcos. Enjoy the ambiance of a tropical paradise with lush palm trees, sparkling blue water, a swim-up bar and large outdoor area with five hot tubs, two huge swimming pools and one that is perfect for children. There are two restaurants on the property and two next door on each side of the complex. There is a full gym and spa on the property. This is not a time-share resort; all the units are owned individually. Only owners or renters and their guests are allowed on the grounds. You can enjoy your your vacation in luxury and privacy.
Our unit not only faces Los Arcos but has the sun most of the day in the winter. It is conveniently located near the spa with an ocean view and a large deck (including wet bar and gas BBQ). You can walk to downtown Cabo in a few minutes.

We live in San Rafael, California and love the time we spend at Villa la Estancia with our children and grandchildren.
We are retired and do a fair amount of volunteer work when we are home. We own 1/4 share of our beautiful condo and
love to rent it to others to enjoy when we cannot be there. We have been married for 45 years have 2 daughters and 4 grandchildren and enjoy travel, reading, games, the beach, visiting with friends, our dog, hiking, biking etc. etc.
Our home in Ca is on San Francisco bay and living on the water is really special to us, and we love Estancia because it
is right on beautiful Medano Beach on the Sea of Cortez with beautiful views and great weather.

We love Cabo San Lucas and Villa la Estancia was the only resort in the area offering private ownership. We can walk to so many wonderful restaurants downtown and enjoy the friendliness of the people of Cabo and wide variety of activities in the area.
