This very special apartment is located in the heart of Rome, between Piazza Navona and Campo dei Fiori in a part of the city that dates back to Roman times, Via dei Cappellari.

In this historic neighborhood you will find the magnificent palaces of the antique Roman families such as Farnese, Spada, and Phamphili to name just a few, streets that have changed little since Renaissance times. Here you will find artists' workshops, woodworkers, traditional bakeries, markets, restaurants, and services of every kind that have changed little over the years, creating the true romance of Rome and offering the traditional Roman hospitality.

This large (90-square-meters) apartment has an entrance and every comfort; a large living room with two large sofas, one of which is a double-size sofa bed, and television, a large double-size bedroom, kitchen, large bathroom with shower, and, something unique for the center of Rome, this apartment is air conditioned. The telephone line with a special adsl freeinternet access complete the service in the apartment.

Although the apartment and the building have recently been completely renovated, it is located in an historic building from the 1400's with beautiful furnishings and the original wood-beam ceilings. The apartment is on the third floor and there is the elevator. Here is everything you will need for a beautiful, serene, and unforgettable Roman vacation. The apartment can comfortably hold a family of five with a double-size bed, double-size sofa bed and, a single bed to the bedroom.

The price is indicated and it can be changed for the season and for the nights booked. Restaurants less than 50 meters, shops less than 50 meters, and bus stop less than 50 meters. Area of the flat is 90 square meters or 968 square feet.

    • I can't imagine a better place to stay than in this apartment, in this neighborhood. The apartment is large, comfortable, and Claudio is a wonderful host. He took us to the most amazing espresso bar and gave us a bonus mini-tour of Rome on the way. Campo de Fiori market is just steps away from the apartment, and is a great place to shop for the evening's dinner. On the way to the market, you will see artists' studios, restaurants, a day spa, and cute boutiques selling vintage clothing and housewares, all in the backdrop of 15th century buildings. It's simply exquisite! Right next door to the apartment is the nicest wine bar where we spent every night unwinding and watching soccer with the locals. All of the major attractions are within walking distance. 15 min. to St. Peter's or the Pantheon. 25 min. to Trevi Fountain and the Forum. This is the ideal apartment in the most amazing city in Europe!

    • We stayed in this apartment the last time we were in Rome. We'd stay there again and hope to. It was quiet, easy to get in and out of and you didn't feel you were in a tourist area.

    • This apartment is as advertised: a huge bedroom, a large, comfy living room, a large bathroom with shower and clothes washing machine, a functional kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, small refrigerator, and enough plates, cutlery, pots and pans, and glassware to eat in. There was a tiny elevator, a rarity in a building that old. If you bring a computer, there is a modem hook-up (we didn't use it). The market in the Campo de Fiore is a few steps away, along with Il Fornaio, a great bakery, and tons of restaurants in all directions. We enjoyed a stroll to the Piazza Navona and the Pantheon every night. Given the high cost of hotel rooms in Rome and the paucity of space, this is a bargain!

    • We loved this apartment. It is a little difficult to find the first time, but it is worth it. The location is wonderful and the apartment is beautiful. Claudio is very good to deal with and very helpful. The apartment was clean as a pin and beautifully decorated.
