#2 on 54th Avenue is a 7BR/5BA home just outside the Wild Dunes gate. The home has been well maintained and is exceptionally clean. Home is rented with linens and towels. With hardwood floors, outdoor beach shower, ceiling fans throughout the house, and the spacious deck, our guests will have a wonderful and comfortable time at the beach. Four bedrooms are downstairs, with the remaining three including the master on the upper level. The master bedroom has a whirlpool bath and opens out onto a private deck. The beach access is located just right up the street - about 100 yards!!
ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS, AND BATH TOWEL SETS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach towels, chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you may need to purchase these items after you arrive.
The great location, size of the house, and reasonable price are by far a GREAT DEAL for a family beach vacation!! The Isle of Palms has the only beach in South Carolina or Georgia listed as a Blue Wave Beach! We have now received this award for more than 10 years in a row. We are very proud! My son recently got married at the Isle of Palms in SC. We have a large personable familiy and we all wanted to stay together in one house. 12 Adults and 2 children. We were excited when we found this house because we could not believe the value based on the pictures we saw. We rented the house for 4 days and we were not disappointed. It was a great place for a large family. Pleanty of ammenities such as TV's and internet. THe only complaint I would have( and it is minor) is that the mattresses were a little hard. The people at Carrol's Realty were excellent to work with. I would recommend this property to anyone with a large family looking for great value and a good location.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, girls getaway.

This place was absolutely perfect for a family reunion of 18 people. The house is immsculate, well provisioned, and perfectly located for a wide variety of activities ranging from sun bathing to golf to inshore fishing. We have rented more expensive places for reunions but not one that was more fun or accommodating.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
